Food is always fresh and good, sadly thou they avoid giving you your receipt and ring you single/ only burger orders up as combos hoping you don’t notice it’s a little bit disheartening they also don’t follow kfc promos like the 2 slices of bacon and one cheese for 2.99 after I asked for it 3 times today ,only finally caught on to it today after buying countless burgers over the last several months cause this time i asked for 1 combo and a single burger and I seen the single burger was cheaper then what I’ve been regularly paying, so they are aware of what there doing as well, hard to not feel ripped off

Well when kfc first opened at easway esso ,they piled in the fries gave Xtra chicken if pieces were small and the pizza used to have way more toppings and sauce on it .I've been given 1/2 box if large fries soggy as a__! And then this Xtra crispy chicken they have going on right now ,was doughy and soggy, like I don't know if she let it sit in the bucket for a while before I picked it up but yuck!!! I think I'm just done there

When it's good its great and I mean best in town. When it's bad it's horrible. Service depends on who you get. You can order online. Walk in 5 minutes later. No customers in store. Nothing started in the fryers. And get told. "Oh, online says 20 minutes". They're making themselves lunch. And they still don't start it for 5+ more minutes while i stand there. I've even been given frozen chicken fingers from their corner store as a replacement instead of just telling me they were out of stock. Ive been going less and less and see myself going even less in the future.

My experience at this KFC, has always had a problem with timing it is a long wait for your food. Why? They put the Chicken in the oven when you place your order in. Then give you, Attitude when asking why they take So Long with the order.

Crooks, I have a large family, order dinner so I didn’t have to cook was over a 100$ and when I got home half of it wasn’t there, when I called the restaurant/store to rectify it, the cashier called me a liar, I didn’t get have of my variety Bucket or the extras I ordered!!
