The chutney they served with the masala dosa I ordered yesterday was really disappointing. It was straight out of the fridge and tasted awful. The red chutney seemed old and clearly hadn’t been warmed up, which I believe would have made it much more flavourful. Both of the chutney are straight out of the fridge: the coconut and the red one.

Best Indian food we’ve ever had! The Aloo Tikka had so much flavour, the butter chicken, beef coconut curry & tikka masala were all delicious. The server was awesome, even brought us some dosa to try….our new favourite! Highly recommend this place!

This is based on my yesterday’s experience. Okay, I agree that we came at 10.30 pm and for the first time we came to know that the dine in closes at 10 pm.
While I was ordering for taking out, I saw a family getting their coffee served on the table. When I asked if it’s closed, how they are getting the coffee and the staff said it’s a running order.
So, we ordered for dine in coffee which she said she can make while we wait for our take out. NOTE: DINE IN COFFEE.
After waiting, here comes our coffee in the take out cups. I immediately reciprocated “I thought it’s gonna be in a dine in cup”. At that point she says, “I said I can make it for you. I didn’t say that it will be served in the dine in coffee mug. It will be take out cup”.
I was like retrospectively thought “then why the heck would I order coffee? I could go home and make one”.
It took bloody almost 30 minutes to get the so called “take out” but dine in coffee and take out food. And by the time we had our coffee and left the place, it was almost an hour, and the whole time we were listening to Punjabi songs only in a restaurant that’s named “MADRAS” maple restaurant.
You could atleast play something that suits the name of the restaurant.
I am not being a racist, or a rude person. But the overall experience from that staff made me say all this.
Finally, after eating the porotta and beef with so much tiring effort, we threw away the half of it, we realized that only your chicken noodles is worth eating, nothing else.
At the Madras Maple Cafe, I have had some of the best Indian food ever. The dosas are amazing. I will surely be back when I am in the area😁

Her confident smile, quick service, and the way of talking. I respect the cook who serves very tasty food. I really appreciate the efforts of all employees. Loads of love to madras❤️
