This is based on my yesterday’s experience. Okay, I agree that we came at 10.30 pm and for the first time we came to know that the dine in closes at 10 pm.
While I was ordering for taking out, I saw a family getting their coffee served on the table. When I asked if it’s closed, how they are getting the coffee and the staff said it’s a running order.
So, we ordered for dine in coffee which she said she can make while we wait for our take out. NOTE: DINE IN COFFEE.
After waiting, here comes our coffee in the take out cups. I immediately reciprocated “I thought it’s gonna be in a dine in cup”. At that point she says, “I said I can make it for you. I didn’t say that it will be served in the dine in coffee mug. It will be take out cup”.
I was like retrospectively thought “then why the heck would I order coffee? I could go home and make one”.
It took bloody almost 30 minutes to get the so called “take out” but dine in coffee and take out food. And by the time we had our coffee and left the place, it was almost an hour, and the whole time we were listening to Punjabi songs only in a restaurant that’s named “MADRAS” maple restaurant.
You could atleast play something that suits the name of the restaurant.
I am not being a racist, or a rude person. But the overall experience from that staff made me say all this.
Finally, after eating the porotta and beef with so much tiring effort, we threw away the half of it, we realized that only your chicken noodles is worth eating, nothing else.

The service was attentive with staff making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. we had an amazing experience with the server GIRIJA. She knows the whole menu. The food was outstanding—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and carefully chosen, and the chef’s attention to detail shines through in every bite. A truly memorable meal, and I can’t wait to return!"

Met an old coworker from a few years ago, we both enjoy Indian food. Had a very pleasant lunch experience with server Girija. The food was excellent and made the way we asked. Mine was crazy spicy hot just as I had asked! Awesome place for lunch/dinner, not noisy and the service was excellent! Thank you Girija.

The food is so amazing, when I saw the menu there was no mendu wada tiffin, and am from south indian that was my favourite dish.. even the chief is from south indian so he made a mendu wada dish as a complementary.. and it was very delicious, i really appreciate the chief.. the best south Indian tiffins restaurant in prince george, i really recommend this restaurant..

My recent visit to Madras Maple was truly exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone for a delightful meal.
We ordered the Tawa Sabji and Paneer Bhurji, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. The Tawa Sabji was a medley of fresh vegetables, perfectly spiced, and served sizzling hot. The Paneer Bhurji was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor—every bite was a treat.
The service was top-notch as well. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the meal.
Madras Maple has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Whether you're a fan of flavorful Indian cuisine or just looking for a great dining experience, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu!
