I've been to Madras Maple several times, and one thing I've noticed is that the food can taste a bit different each time, maybe because of different chefs in the kitchen. Don't get me wrong, the food is always good, but today it was exceptionally yummy! Big shout out to the chef who cooked up a fantastic meal today.

Best Indian food we’ve ever had! The Aloo Tikka had so much flavour, the butter chicken, beef coconut curry & tikka masala were all delicious. The server was awesome, even brought us some dosa to try….our new favourite! Highly recommend this place!
