It was my first time visiting the store, and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the girl who was working there greeted me with a warm smile. The menu had a great variety of options to choose from, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The service here is terrible. Staff don't seem to know the menu at all, and don't understand the basics of customer service. I had both employees deny that the milkshake creations menu existed when I asked to see it, and one just walked away while I was in the middle of asking her a question about the mixins.Shame, I like the product a lot but it's just not worth the aggravation to deal with the frustrating zombie staff.

Very yummy ice cream. Go here if you want to customize your ice cream by adding random treats to it. Otherwise it’s overpriced for just regular ice cream. Customer service helped me and gave me what I asked but there were no smiling faces.

I made my order on Door Dash but before I did that I called Marble Slab & asked if I can make a special request order cuz the DD App didn't have the item I wanted & the wonderful woman who works there said that I could get what I wanted I just needed to buy some items that will be the same cost as the item I wanted so she told me which ones to buy & I told her what I wanted to actually get instead of the items that I was paying for on the DD App so she told me no problem I will make your order for you! So I was very VERY HAPPY when I just received my order of a 1 Litre of Cotton Candy ice cream with M&M's & Reese's Pieces mix ins ☺️ The wonderfully kind & amazing woman whom works at Marble Slab has completely went above & beyond to make my special requested order for me & that just goes to show just how much she truly cares about making her customers happy & satisfied with there orders which is just amazing to me! She has got to be one of kindest women I've ever spoke to & very patient as well while listening to me as I explained my order I wanted to get. I have been ordering ice cream from Marble Slab every single day ever since I first tried it a few months ago haha yes I know that's ALOT of ice cream! ? But it's just that yummy I can't help myself! Haha ? Anywayz if I could give Marble Slab a TRILLION Stars then I would cuz they DEFINITELY DESERVE IT including the wonderfully kind woman that works there cuz she is just AWESOME! ☺️ Thanks so so much guys & I will DEFINITELY be ordering from u again! ?

I came here two weeks ago and ordered a banana split. It was made and I left. Was the best banana split I had in years. Came here tonight and she was asking me what I wanted on it. “I don’t know, make it like the picture”. It’s junk tonight. I’ll try again some other time.

Your waffles smell like whatever scented cleaner you use in the store which is off putting. Please consider using unscented cleaners.
Great ice cream. Manager is quick to ensure customers enjoy their visits and have quality in ice cream as well as customer service. Something other places lack in todays day. I appreciate that .
