I’ve never seen a McDonalds mess up my order more times than this one, especially the coffee orders. The coffee section might be part of some university funded social experiment in customer unhappiness!

They made my coffee was poured 15 min before I was given my food. Not one person that ordered inside was served the whole time was there. This was at 7am on a Thursday. They didn't even give the coffee to guests that only ordered coffee.

They have a schedule posted on the door that says they start activities at 5:00 a.m. We arrived at Drive-Thru around 5:30 a.m. and it was closed. We decided to go in, but the doors were also closed. There were employees inside, so we rang the bell, and someone came out to tell us they would be there in 5 more minutes, leaving us outside the restaurant. Of course, we headed to Starbucks.

I have been getting a serious issue while visiting this branch. They always closed the door early without notice on their website nor at the door. Last time I visited, they closed the door at 10pm where on their website it says 12pm. Coming to the orders, the french fries is always hard to eat. It is wrong solid and they always forget the dipping sauce. Oh yes, if you ask for extra sauce, they charge you for that! Despite several conversations with the manager on shift about closing the door early, it seems like no one cares and they just do whatever they want to without respecting the company decision.

Another place that decides if you can use their bathroom! Basic human right at their judgement (no physical key, they push a button to let you in, if they even acknowledge your existence.) Almost $15 for a simple wrap combo. No outdoor seating. Terrible customer service. Won't even look at you if you're trying to order inside. Only redeeming quality is that our food was hot and made properly. Thank God we don't live in this city.

I mean it’s McDonald’s. But the one manager was always very kind about my online orders until this evening, when I’m assuming a supervisor wasn’t even around. I’ll keep the rest of it to myself but make up your mind if you are accepting online orders or not:)
This place IS NOT 24 hours. There’s always something going on whenever I go at night. The system is not working. Not taking orders at the moment. Like just don’t advertise you open 24 hours when you’re literally not serving. Like everything is BROKEN! Omg!

Ordered the chicken taco poutine. Literally was just thousand Island with fries and cheese? Where's the cheese sauce, tortilla strips gravy? Good job.

On road trip bought a soda, asked for a Pupcup pls, or single spoonful of ice cream or some whipcream for my kitty on a hot day.
Indian lady said she can give me ice cream on side. I say thank you! Charged me for a full ice cream cone. Went to return it, the Indian manager lady said I have to be clear, this crew doesn't know that. Pupcups are very clear in Canada...she could have said no we don't do those. If you can't understand normal 🇨🇦Canadian things, then don't work here? T1 diabetic I can't eat ice cream. I did get it refunded when I asked for it, after the manager stared at me for a while in silence.

I placed an order for my child that delivered to the daycare. After 4 hours I picked her up and grab her lunch bag. After reaching home I just checked the milk is expired and my daughter consumed half of the milk from it. Just want to inform you all check date before you consume because they are serving bullshit. I will sue them if anything happens to my kid.
