I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. When we first went through the drive-thru, the employee taking the order, Francis, kept rushing us and didn’t seem to understand what we were saying. Because of the confusion and the pressure to order quickly, we decided to cancel our order.
At the first window, the manager, Jashanpreet, apologized for the situation and kindly offered to take our order again, which we appreciated. However, when we checked our food in the parking lot (thankfully before leaving), we realized that the order was wrong. We then had to go back through the drive-thru and wait in the long line again, which wasted even more of our time.
When I spoke with Jashanpreet again, she apologized once more and said we could still get the correct order. By that point, I was already very frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience, so I asked for a refund instead. She apologized again and even asked if we still wanted the burger which was already made, and I agreed. However, when she processed the refund, she only returned $12.80 out of the $13.53 we paid, even though we returned the food. Later she also said we could not get the burger because the refund had been issued.
Overall, the situation was confusing and frustrating, and it felt like our time and experience as customers were not valued. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s, and unfortunately it makes me hesitant to return or recommend this location to others. My advice to other customers is to double-check your order before leaving.

Once again the 15 th ave location takes my money and order yet gives me not what I asked for but something they chose instead.
How can this restaurant consistently fail to provide even the simplest order correctly?
I am sick and tired of them getting away with providing the crappiest service possible.
Someone needs to provide training to the employees because they all seem clueless.

If you work Really Early like 4 in the morning, they won't serve you because all McDonald's are down for some weird reason. Why do they advertise 24 hours when they can't even serve you at 4 in the morning?

We work night shifts on the weekends and that is the only reason we are forced to keep giving these establishments chances, doesn’t matter if we go to the one on 5th or 15th or even Victoria st the service is 95% of the time absolutely horrible. Yes I understand it is the middle of the night and no one wants to be at work but coming from someone one who serves in a restaurant and works 2 public service jobs y’all gotta suck it up you chose this job. As for the food always very poor quality. I always get the around the same things with one singular modification and they somehow almost always mess it up and seem to act as if it is rocket science, it’s not.

I ordered thru the app. Usually it gives me options how to pick up I usually say Drive Thru. This one time it didn't say that....I was in the drive thru and my stuff was on the counter inside. 🥺😥 I'm so grateful to the ladies in there. Thank you. I appreciate you. ♥️ Ford helping an old lady out

Very strange experience this evening in the drive-thru. Everything was correct on the screen when before I drove up to the window, including 2 McChicken packets. I remember thinking - hmm is two packs enough? And deciding, yeah it's fine. My daughter says WOW! $30? And we had a short talk about inflation while I drove up to the pay window.
At the pay window, she says '36 dollars' and I should have been more firm, but I said - Oh, that's weird - is there a receipt? She said, at the next window.
Then at the next window, I received my items and started to check for the receipt, and I noticed there was LG fries (I ordered med, and my drink was med, so that's strange) and a second burger! So I said - Oh! This isn't mine maybe? I have an extra burger - maybe it's the truck behind me?
They said - no. You PAID for it!
And I felt confused and should have stayed and double checked the receipt... but I didn't. And of course there isn't a receipt in the bag. And the extra burger was a McChicken burger which I thought maybe they mixed up the sauce for a burger and that's what happened - but no, because I still got the sauce packs!
I should be grateful I got extra things - but is it extra if I paid for it? Did they intend to charge me extra and pocket it? Reading through reviews sounds like they mess up a lot - are they pocketing money on messed up orders?
And finally, this is the state of my burgers. The McChicken doesn't even have the right sauce? So strange...

this Location has issues with hours of operation and getting food right. Sad to see something thats so post to be great, fail cause people dont care about their customers.

Asked for splenda and was given sugar, if they did this to someone whos diabetic that could be an issue. Im not one to give reviews but today I ordered a coffee and there was only cream and no splenda. Not sure what's going on but im probably going to avoid this one from now on.

I’ve never seen a McDonalds mess up my order more times than this one, especially the coffee orders. The coffee section might be part of some university funded social experiment in customer unhappiness!
