Literally no sign of a worker present as soon as you walk-in, not a big deal. Ordered at the kiosk and made some changes to a cheese burger as I can't have onions. They put onions on the burger even though on the receipt it says no onions. Fries were cold and barely 'cooked' they had that frozen taste. Ordered take out and didn't know I had to select a bag now, just thought the screen that popped up asked if I wanted another bag? Staff was super rude when I came up to collect food, she called my number and I walked up then she just left. Needed a drink tray so just reached to grab one didn't offer me a bag or let me buy one either, had to balance everything and throw crap in ny purse. Honestly very rude for how slow it was I could understand if it was busy but they had 2 cars and one other person to serve, very much a grab your stuff and leave right away place for crappy food when it's slow!

I waited one hour for my order ! My friend ordered food on the app, we i arrived she made an order. I showed the worker the code . He entered the code and said ,that will be $30.88 I said no it was already paid on the app . He wanted to pay a second time. I asked him is there another worker that can help me. Another worker asked me what are you waiting for? I said my ordered . The kids were very hungry and had a melt down, me too. I was so mad , one worker came back and asked me want do you want, and I said my order. He told me you need to cancel the order then re order. I showed him the new order number . He said it didn’t go through. I said use the other till . After a while he said the payment Didn’t go through. I tired to be calm , I said she paid on the app . People pay on the. App then pick up the order. Again he told me she needs to pay ! She paid . Oh my goodness what a horrible day! I used another code, it didn’t work. My friend came to the McDonald to talk to the staff about the problem . He insisted she has to pay for the orders . It was paid ! Earlier I asked for a manger . The kids were very hungry and inpatient, me too. That order shouldn’t been one hour !

This play place was amazing for the toddlers ages 3 and 5. It was a tough place to leave. Three levels of climbing. Our five year is an ASD kiddo and we don’t allow screen time with his regulation struggles with devices. There were two iPads at the location which made it tough for the boys to leave. Some McFlurrys got us out the door with some tears.

The playplace is too much for the youngsters. All the tablets, computer games and table touch screens definitely keep your kids entertained, definitely less physically active which is what a park should be about. I had to unplug the table while we ate just so the kids would eat and play 😅 way too much technology in a playpark in my opinion.
