A good amount of the staff are incredibly monotone (mainly the managers) and dont put customer service first, they always seem like they are in a bad mood and when I go to the window I get met with no words just a person handing me my stuff and glaring. To which they then proceed to talk to their coworkers with a cheerful voice. As someone that works in customer service and that used to work for mcdonalds its truly pathetic to see who they put as their management. Managers are meant to show workers how to do better not be worse.

My girlfriend and I came in at 7:40pm on a Monday night on my birthday to grab some quick food since we had the munchies, we ordered and got our food about 8pm with our mcflurries melted, our fries and Lorine cold and the burgers made weird and also cold. Normally this place is good but this ticked me off. Fast food doesn’t mean 20 minute wait times
