This is the only McDonald's that consistently parks me. They ask if you want ketchup but don't put it in the order. I don't normally complain about anything but I don't understand how 70% of the time they have to park me. I'm a service person. I'm always in a hurry to get to my next service call and they are always holding me up.

The restaurant was surprisingly lively today at lunch until I realized it was the local highschool.Nice to see a social crowd actually.I would have given the 4th star but the coffee was so bland as to make me reminisce the good old days when Timmy used to be good until McD's managed to contact their old beans so I moved to McD. ?

Service and food is exceptional. Counter girl Krishna was very helpful and fast. The lane was busy but still the staff is friendly and helpful.

While my son, aged 3 loved the play place it smelled faintly of feces and it was clear that it is rarely if ever cleaned. ( the play area) I did not spend time in the rest of the restaurant.

Some employee picked me up and literally threw me outside because I tried to enter the building. I have never been here before. Didn’t get to order or anything.

Just went through the drive through at Massey where I had to repeat my order 3 times..I ordered a Big Mac combo with two ketchups and two chicken sauce... when I got home there were no napkins in the bag, no chicken sauce and no ketchup..

We really are loving the new Mcd's at the bottom of Peden Hill. Haven't had any issues with our multiple meals either. It is so nice that there is finally a drive in close to College Heights

I was in the drive-thru at about 9PM this Friday, July 7th. There was a long lineup of cars, and when I got to the window a bunch of people were just standing around chatting.There was this one car parked at the side waiting for his food for a really long time, I watched the manager slowly waddle towards his car with the food while piddling around on her phone and then slowly waddle back, still on her phone.Meanwhile, I'm still waiting, and then the employee at the window just thrusts a bag at me without even looking at me or saying anything. I said thank you, waited, no response, she was still too busy chatting away. That's just embarassing, even by fast food standards.
