Ordered from drive-through and asked for all food in one bag ,girl at a window just dumped all food in a bag by speaking to her staff in foreign language (instead of arranging)where the food get messed & burgers are open up from the box and end up in garbage bin.

This review not about food
As a delivery driver, I have experienced significant delays at this McDonald’s location, especially during late-night pickups. The issue stems from restaurant staff not opening the door promptly. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait outside in the cold for 5 to 7 minutes before someone let me in. This is unacceptable, particularly during winter, when the freezing temperatures make these delays even more frustrating.
This isn’t just my experience; many other delivery drivers have reported facing the same problem. Such delays not only inconvenience drivers but can also impact the timely delivery of food to customers.
I strongly urge the management to address this issue by ensuring that staff are more attentive and open the door on time. Implementing clear protocols for handling delivery pickups efficiently, even during late hours, would go a long way in improving this situation.
Delivery drivers work hard to ensure customers receive their orders promptly, and it would be appreciated if McDonald’s staff extended the same professionalism in facilitating pickups. Thank you!

Went through the drive through. Normal I always have bad lucky. Every one says it. But this time at about 1145 pm at 20th my window girl was a sweet heart. Best service I had in a while.i don't normally leave my thanks . But I hope that kind young lady becomes manager

Very uninviting, signs everywhere about how your stay is limited & the bathrooms are locked only to be opened by request of the management. Most places would give a code on the purchase receipt. Absolutely didn't feel welcome here.

Always get treated like I'm going to go shoot up in the bath room..there is nothing wrong with it..they should have more compassion..I think they should learn better ways of dealing with people..makes me sick..people have addiction issues,but the way they get treated is a whole other level of wrong...they are human beings to ..starting to think people that treat them like there not are the ones that are inhumane...just saying...and this is not directed at anyone in general...just a thought

Let me start off by saying there are exactly 4 workers there that work their asses off at that job and honestly should get a huge raise. The two younger gentlemen (blonde & black hair) , the nicer manager looking guy and Miss Patti who is absolutely a splendid lady.
Besides the 4 that make that place a good place; everyone else that works their gives shitty service , doesn't get the order right and/or missing items, they are lazy and unapologetic for making a simple mistake they could apologize and move on and they are deterring a lot of customers away from this McDonald's.
Mind you this McDonald's is also in the "hood" and have a lot of homeless around. And the McDonald's are just too lazy to do the work to keep the establishment going and safe
