Hi, I just wanted to give some feedback. We ordered through the drive-thru around 5:39 AM, and even though we clearly said our order, the person taking it didn’t seem to be listening. We ended up waiting almost 10 minutes only to receive the wrong order. This isn’t the first time it has happened it’s been multiple times now. We don’t usually like to complain since it’s just food, but it’s frustrating to keep paying and not getting what we actually ordered. Hopefully the staff can be more attentive moving forward.

Door dash orders don't get stickers on the burgers ? Or turnovers? Must be new. Just my drink and fries? I paid more for my fatty burger than I did for my over priced soda and I don't even get a sticker for that?!? Pretty lame sauce.

The people at 20th ave stand around in groups and ignore the customers when they walk in and my smoothies were gross that I dumped them down my sink. I keep wasting my money. Well not anymore. I usually get McDonald's everyday but not with the service and gross smoothies 3 times in a row. I wasted $40 the last 3 days. My smoothies are watery and gross taste

Stopped in here on our way home from the ferry.
Food was ok, but they totally got our order wrong, so I had to go back inside and order the items they missed. Not cool.
Small tip. Use the app and go for curbside service.

Went to the hart location. Got a mocha as I ran out of coffee at home. Felt like a VIP as the lady addressed me by my name and the young man at the second window had my drink ready for me to grab and go. Definitely put sunshine into my hectic morning.
We waited for awhile and then the burger wasn't even fresh and the cheese didn't even melt. Disappointed...

The drive thru server was really nice but the buns on thr burgers we got were so old they were hard and actually tasted like mold. Worst McDonald's we've ate in a long time.

I do use McDonald’s to get my fast food when I need it but some spots I go to Lake in PG BC they’re all closed at 8 o’clock and truck drivers are hungry after that so I had a look around but the one I went to I was there before and it was great service, friendly staff good foodserved with a smile I give them a 10 1/2 stars
