Went there just around 1am. Ridiculous service and rude behaviour by the lady in the drive thru. Worst place to go. These people don’t know what service is, if you’re not in a mood to work then go home. We pay for the food and service so atleast a minimum level of good service and behaviour is expected and must be required.

Very unwelcoming. Bathrooms are locked unless you ask for a key which is understandable but the washroom is a pig sty. Why have it locked if u let the junkies in anyways? ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only McDonalds I've been to in all of BC that does not offer a free refill with a purchase of coffee. ITS IN THE MCDONALDS POLICY. No plug ins to plug my laptop in for my studies. Worst McDonalds. Should honestly be closed down. Don't even get me started on the play place. As soon as u enter the room all you smell is piss.

WORST customer service i’ve seen in prince george. they don’t double check your order, just literally hand you whatever during rushes and don’t care if they charge you more than you were willing to pay. they don’t say thank you, don’t say anything along the lines of polite. only 2 times have i had a pleasant experience going there. i even once complained about my order and they refused to give me what i actually ordered. just looked at me and said “you didn’t order that”like you’d think because i ordered it that i knew what i wanted?

number one, AWFUL management. i witnessed a verbal attack from a manager towards a customer, a sweet young lady who ended up in tears. disgusting. the food is usually over cooked, or old. they always forget our food items when going through the drive through. it’s rare that they give us all of our food and then go and we don’t have to go back and tell them that we forgot something, we haven’t been to this McDonald’s often, but I can tell you that each time it has not been good.
Sub par food. Zero nutritional value. Corporate greed at its finest. Only reason to eat here is because you are strapped for time or no other options exist. Only reason I ever eat here is because i am strapped for time.

CLEAN YOUR SODA MACHINES. My dad goes here all the time and I’ve tried his coke he orders and it tastes like MOLD. He says it tastes like that all the time at this McDonald’s but he needs a drink with his meal and so he gets it anyway. I’m worried for his health and everyone on else who orders soda here. MOLD IN SODA MACHINE. HEALTH HAZARD.
