They don't give you a bag for take out. It was so ludacris them saying you didn't select bag. What am I suppose to make the sandwhich aswell. Terrible experience. I like that there was mayo, but there was too much, or just sloppily put together.

This has got to be the worst managed mcdonalds in pg picked up dinner ...no salt on fries ...no onions on burger ...no pickles on burgers ( asked for extra ) ...syrup out on the sprite.. apple pie is burnt and to top it off we were given the wrong size cups for our drinks ...where the hell is the quality control at this location or management for that matter ??

Customer service was not at all great. I was soloing 3 young children and the place was rather busy, to my mistake I had missed the check box asking if I needed a bag for take out, so when our order came in many seperate pieces I had mentioned that it was to be taken and eaten at home since there was no where to sit. The lady behind the counter was very rude and snappy saying that i did not check the mark saying I needed a bag and that the HAD to charge 25 cents (not that big of a deal really just the attitude and condesending tone was very VERY much not appreciated for anyone working with the public) Other customers noticed and agreed the staff attitude was not at approriate for the situation

They closed early and denied me food. Employee said, "we are only serving drinks." A good restaurant will allow you to order even if it is 10 mins to closing, I was about an hour.

I was at this McDonald's today, time 15:29:51. The girl who took my order was chewing gum, not very professional when serving the public. She did not smile at all. I don't think she should be working out front. She did not have a very good attitude.

Worst McDonald’s location in town. The service is so slow. The staff are not friendly. We ordered 4 drinks but we waited for more than 10 minutes before one of the staff told us that they ran out of milk for our hot chocolates and asked if we could wait a bit longer and gave us a free drink. When we got home my sister noticed that one of the hot chocolates was half empty as shown in the picture. If you can't do your job properly just please be nice to your customers.
Had a very bad experience today. Watched the workers all talking and gossiping at the counter. Food took forever, there were no napkins anywhere to be found and the place was gross. Food came out cold and i got splashed by the drink maxhine.Would not recommend.
