Shoutout to this McDonald’s, there was a young guy helping us out wearing glasses didn’t catch his name but he was very kind, excellent customer service. Everything else in Prince George sucks but he was rare gem :)

Hi, I visited this McDonald’s last week and I gave order to team leader Alvin. He was so rude, he don’t know anything about customer service. I don’t know why he is the manager if he doesn’t have any kind of manners, how to be polite with the customer also my order was made wrong I asked for sub habanero in my wrap but it was ranch.it if I was allergic to ranch. Then who is responsible so he should have listened to my order properly.

Not impressed with food size change of the McDouble meal. For years I order the McDouble meal and I get a McDouble medium drink and medium fries. I was absolutely shocked when I was given a small fries and small drink, especially in the summertime when all drinks all sizes are a dollar!!
Any major changes in product size and prices should be alerted on the order board.
And the order boards in the drive-thru and restaurant are so scattered with the prices being smaller than the calories and the board changing so quickly you can't read it. It's the most useless order board I've ever seen.
Other than those frustrations the food is fine. It's McDonald's. I appreciate the service with a smile.

They don't give you a bag for take out. It was so ludacris them saying you didn't select bag. What am I suppose to make the sandwhich aswell. Terrible experience. I like that there was mayo, but there was too much, or just sloppily put together.
The photo shows how our Egg Mcmuffin was overcooked. I don't believe the staff would serve themselves this but this is what they serve customers? You can do better!

This has got to be the worst managed mcdonalds in pg picked up dinner ...no salt on fries ...no onions on burger ...no pickles on burgers ( asked for extra ) ...syrup out on the sprite.. apple pie is burnt and to top it off we were given the wrong size cups for our drinks ...where the hell is the quality control at this location or management for that matter ??

Customer service was not at all great. I was soloing 3 young children and the place was rather busy, to my mistake I had missed the check box asking if I needed a bag for take out, so when our order came in many seperate pieces I had mentioned that it was to be taken and eaten at home since there was no where to sit. The lady behind the counter was very rude and snappy saying that i did not check the mark saying I needed a bag and that the HAD to charge 25 cents (not that big of a deal really just the attitude and condesending tone was very VERY much not appreciated for anyone working with the public) Other customers noticed and agreed the staff attitude was not at approriate for the situation

They closed early and denied me food. Employee said, "we are only serving drinks." A good restaurant will allow you to order even if it is 10 mins to closing, I was about an hour.
