Ordwred thru app and used points, was asked to pay. Confirmed point and still wanted me to pay, I left and called the manager and he confirmed the order and offered me to come back and my name was in the book. Went back the next day to claim and not write down, lost 14000 points. Not impressed with my 2 last and final visits to this location. Had to call McDs corporate to get my points back, that I may not use over this.... Be weary

Me and my girlfriend went to get a cheeseburger and medium fries with the monopoly tabs and my girlfriend gave both of them to the person at the till and she gave us a receipt and we waited for about 15-20 mins and our number didn’t get called so my girlfriend ask them “why we didn’t get our food yet it’s been 15-20 mins” and they said “oh you guys didn’t give us your tabs, your going have to give us them again” and luckily I had more. Worse service.

Wow, I'm impressed. This McDonald's has been open for about 6 months now, and I have just recently started coming to it. First drive thru and now inside. I rarely come for the food, maybe the occasional muffin, apple pie, or value menu item. But I love the coffee, and they have their main competitor beat by far (price wise, 1.75 for extra large and Tim Hortons 2.78 for extra large) The layout and design of restaurant was well planned. Wheel chair parking and accessibility are outstanding. Service is excellent as well, and they will even come by table with a refill for your coffee if you let them know.
Parking: Large free parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent, well planned wheel chair accessibility entrance, bathrooms, and seating.

McDonald's got rid of the orange shakes before the summer is even over and the rest of their menu just isn't worth it.

Exceptionally clean environment. Amazing customer service. Staff seemed organized, my food was served quickly and as far as McDonalds quality goes,it was perfect. However, with the price increases the over all value of the food was not with what I paid.

Staff here constantly lie about limited edition products being unavailable because they're too lazy to make it. You have to order through the app or the instore touchscreen otherwise they make up an excuse.
The fun part is if you do order it on the app after they refuse in the drive-thru then surprise! Suddenly they've miraculously found all the ingredients!
Also if you go at the wrong time of night you'll find out the hard way they turn the 15 minute POS shutdown into an hour long break. Really fun to come back after a 15 minute wait to be told "15 minutes" all over again.
Oh and if you do actually get them to make you some food, enjoy your overcooked fries and messed up order.
Would love to know how this place got this way. When this location opened it was the best in town for a solid 2-3 months and now it's almost as bad as the one on 15th.
Started going to the mcdonalds further away because it's less hassle than dealing with all the nonsense at this location.

The service was quick and friendly. There was a regular in the dining area that knew all the staffs names and chatted up the patrons was a wonderful experience.it was nice to feel a small town vibe at a McDonald's in the city.

I ordered abreakfast meal yesterday. Eggs had shells and mayo on my breakfast pancake sammy. I didn't order the mayo on it and it cost me 40 cents more. Coffee isn't that great. Very poor quality of service
