The service is always great and I hate to complain but they almost always get my coffee order wrong. I go almost everyday for a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel and they are the only location that consistently gets it wrong. Every other stores caramel iced coffee is done right. I’ve even asked when I order to make sure they get the caramel because I pay extra for it and it still isn’t in the coffee. Me and a girl friend usually get the same coffee order and she has the same issue, i don’t get it because usually everything else is done above and beyond.

I just have to say the service has become exceptional since the lady with glasses became a manager? (I believe). I moved my morning coffee location because the service was poor at this location, gave it a shot again about a month ago in a rush one morning and she has been serving me everyday since. She is so cheery and nice!

Worst experience ever at the McDonald’s on 5th. I went to pick up an Uber delivery and one staff member (Indian-looking girl) behaved in the most disrespectful and unprofessional way. I didn’t have a bag with me — which Uber does not even provide to drivers — and she started yelling at me as if she was the owner of the store. Her tone was rude, arrogant, and completely unacceptable.
No employee should ever treat people like this. Delivery drivers are there to help run their business, not to be disrespected. If this is the kind of staff McDonald’s is hiring, then management seriously needs to rethink their training or replace them altogether.
Because of this, I had to request Uber not to give me any more orders from this McDonald’s. If you care about basic respect and professionalism, avoid this location

I’m really disappointed with my recent drive-thru order. I asked for 2 apple pies and 1 strawberry pie, but I got the opposite 2 strawberry and only 1 apple. I also ordered a McChicken Habanero with a potato bun, but they gave me a regular bun with mayo instead no habanero at all. Accuracy matters, especially when customers can’t check their order until they’ve driven away. Please double-check orders before handing them out.

Had a phone call with one of the managers about a week ago complaining about 30$ worth of food. The manager apologizes and claims he’s left a code for us to receive a free replacement for our food. We go in and give said code to be told that the code doesn’t exist and we aren’t able receive our replacement order. This place is just getting worse and worse by the day. Don’t waste your time here.
We went Monday aug 3rd around 530-6pm. We ordered our meal and service was excellent. Counter lady was smiley, friendly and helpful, as she offered to deliver to our table. Our meals came up and delivered promptly. Food was hot and delicious. Wife and I notice that the workers all worked and communicated as a team. Very impressive. By far, the best I ever had at a McDonalds. Good work to the 5-30-6 team Aug 3-25.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s pretty often, and today I had an experience that really stood out. I think the manager, Mann, was the one who helped me—he seemed to be in charge.
I made a mistake with my order and accidentally picked the wrong item. I went up to the counter, a bit embarrassed, but Mann greeted me with a smile and made me feel totally at ease. He didn’t hesitate for a second and quickly fixed the issue, no questions asked. I really appreciated how calm and friendly he was throughout the whole thing.
He handled the situation so well—corrected my order with no hassle and made sure I was satisfied. It wasn’t just about fixing the mistake; it was the way he did it, with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. It really made my day.
Honestly, this McDonald's always provides good service, but Mann really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to see that level of customer care, and it’s why I’ll keep coming back here.

I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s every Thursday morning for breakfast, and the experience is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and kind — they truly make you feel welcome. A special mention to the lady who may be the manager or supervisor; she consistently goes above and beyond with her warm, social attitude and genuine care for the customers. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority here, and it shows. Thank you to the whole team for making our mornings better!

Countless times the lid on my coffee is not secure. I had one spill on me today as I was driving home. I lifted it to take a sip of coffee, then the lid flew off with coffee pouring down into my lap. Burning my inner thighs and groin area. I had to race home after so I could get in the shower for cold water. Don't think I'll be going back anymore.
