Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I was served by a male staff member who was polite and handled my order well — I was happy with his service. However, his colleague (I believe her name was Bhavya) was repeatedly interrupting him and myself while I was giving directions for my food. Despite attending to other customers, she made comments and passed looks while he was working, which felt distracting and a bit unprofessional. It made the experience less comfortable. Just wanted to bring this to your attention in case it's something that can be improved moving forward.

Placed my ordered through DoorDash to pick up my burrito on my lunch break and while I walk in the store, the burrito had not been done at all. Annoying because now since the staff forgot, this extra time is taking away from my lunch break and I placed the order early to prevent it all.

The woman working there with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude. Will not be going back.

The staff were so friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so a staff member happily walked me through all the options. I got a huge burrito and I loved it. I will be going back the next time I'm in PG.

Didn't ask if I wanted beans, rice was flavored, you didn't have an option, garbage not taken out the night before.

Used to have have the best burritos and service in town.

Now it's hit or miss, and depending on who's working there you might get a bad burrito and bad customer service.

Previously left 5 stars. Will give 3 stars cuz of previous experiences being positive. Today I ordered one of the deluxe fries. Buddy said 3-4 minutes so I sat down. Went on break. I guess he didn’t tell his co worker I ordered. Waited literally 20 full minutes still no fries lol. They weren’t busy at all. So I finally cancelled the order and left. Was offered free chips but was too annoyed cuz I was hungry af. Ate next door. Complete waste of time!

Employees can't even give back proper change always trying to short a dollar for extra tip....

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and when showed up to pick up order 20 minutes later did not have order and stated would not make toquitos even when not busy because they had none pre made. Did not even provide refund for pre paid online order.

I recently visited Mucho Burrito, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the customer service and the quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any questions about the menu. They were patient as I customized my order and offered great suggestions for toppings and sauces to enhance the flavor.The variety of options available, including vegetarian and healthier choices, is a big plus.

The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere, making it an enjoyable place to dine. Overall, I would highly recommend Mucho Burrito to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

mucho burrito PG has great, kind staff that work hard. The quality of the food is always appetizing and fresh. The staff also keep the restaurant neat and tidy. The owner seems to be a great leader with an awesome team. The ingredients are much better than most fast food and is one of the few establishments where the food is worth the money spent. Would highly recommend supporting this business.
