I usually love Noodle Box and order takeout here once or twice a month. The service is always good and the food is normally delicious. This time though, I ordered the Chili Chicken and my boyfriend got the Shanghai Chicken, both medium heat. We eat spicy food all the time, but these dishes were so insanely spicy that we couldn’t even eat them, and it actually upset my stomach. I don’t normally post reviews, but since there’s no way to contact the restaurant directly I wanted to share this. I really enjoy Noodle Box and want to keep coming back, but I hope the spice levels can be more consistent in the future.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered Pad Thai and a butter chicken box. The Pad Thai had none of the fresh and spicy flavours of regular Pad Thai. All I could taste was the massive amount of added salt, which was nearly inedible. There were four pieces of chicken for my $4.50 extra. The butter chicken, on the other hand, was beautifully flavoured, but a tiny scoop of sauce was added to half a tub of rice, which needed at least triple the sauce for a decent meal. My first bad meal in Canada.

Ordered the Beef Teriyaki Noodle Box tonight. With my second bite I had a large piece of grizzle (approx. 2.5cm X2.5cmX7.5cm) which was unchewable. This was probably half the beef portion in this serving. Turned me off my dinner. I won't be ordering from the Noodle Box in future.

Not even gone from the restaurant and I feel like I need to write this now. I got the Butter Chicken, my wife got the Thai Style Chow Mein. Both absolutely amazing. Cute little place with nice style. If we weren't very far from home I'd eat here again!

I go there a lot, my parents love it and the ginger beef is great. Last week I was having one of those weeks and came home to unpack our meal and they had written thank you and enjoy on the top of our ginger beef. It honestly made my day and week. Great service and great people working there.

Have came here three times. Once to eat in, once for pickup at lunch and another for pickup in the evening. Was relatively fast service (especially considering how busy it was) and staff have been kind and pleasant to deal with. Sauce portions have varied a bit but they've loaded the order everytime and feel I definitely got my money worth. I've been recommending since the first time I ate here

I ordered the Yangzhou Fried Rice Box. That comes with pork in it. The first piece of pork I ate seemed cooked. There was so many pieces that were VERY UNDERCOOKED. Some were cooked with some uncooked parts on it. There was a lot that were very fleshy. UNDERCOOKED meat is dangerous, especially pork.

The food & service were OK, I'm a big noodle fan but was a little disappointed, lots and lots of noodles but light on everything else. The price was a bit high for noodles, but then again let everyone put their money where they think they are getting value. Went here twice, no more.
