Our server was lovely. However food was mediocre and for 3 meals took 2 hours to come to us once ordered, and the environment was so loud that it was hard to hear each other.
Everything about this establishment was amazing! The food, could not have been any better! The service was some of the best that I have ever experienced. The ambiance and the atmosphere was perfect for our second anniversary dinner. I am terrible with names, but I would like to thank all of the staff for an excellent evening. If you have never been, you have to go! The term, "You get what you pay for.", is worth the 5 stars that I give.
Did not acknowledge our anniversary when folks waitress. Only replay was that's nice. Really? Break was tough. Ravioli pasta was on the hard side. Felt rushed as to heres your food now your done. Small wine was 14. Small portions for high price. Will not be going back
Amazing 4 course Valentines dinner. Service was exceptional by all staff members. Highly recommend North 54.
We have had dinner here several times and it has always been fantastic. But they changed the menu and it is not a good as it was before.
We Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Lobster Ravioli, best pasta we have had in PG, service was great and the dessert (warm sticky date pudding, and crispy banana cheesecake) was outstanding.
Outstanding meal, our waitress was very good and food delicious. Our waitress did a great job explaining what was available and then suggested the chorizo penne from the lunch menu when she could tell that's really what I was looking for. The only downside and it was not at all the restaurants fault was a table of 6 sitting very close to us who had a couple ladies who were extremely loud but they were just enjoying themselves a lot but still hard on my ears less than 3 feet away. We did not want to be “those”people and ask to be moved so my wife switched with me but then she could understand what is was talking g about. But again not the restaurants fault and indeed they don't squeeze tables tight together even but this table was probably the one in the entire restaurant that was too close. We will definitely be back though as the food and service won us over.
Keep North 54 in mind for your next special occasion, …or if you have someone to impress, …or if you love pasta, …or all of the above apply.
While you have to be prepared to spend a bit more here, you will notice where every dollar went: the restaurant has great ‘date-night’ ambience, the staff are known for their top notch service, and the food is not only presented well but also taste great.
For our dinner, my wife and I ordered the Escargot and Mushrooms to start, and enjoyed drinks stocked from local breweries.
For mains ,we had to try some of the pasta dishes they are best known for. We ordered the Lobster Ravioli and the Angel Hair (Baby Shrimp) - both with plenty of parmesan cheese on the side. The pasta in both dishes was freshly made and cooked to perfection. Each of the sauces were distinctive, with the Ravioli being thick and smooth, while the Angel Hair was full of chunky seafood and well seasoned vegetables. We also had as a side dish the Tomato, Burrata and Pesto which tasted as good as it looked.
We suggest having an advanced look at their menu as certain seasonal items change. For those interested in drinking, their cocktail, wine and beer selection has great variety so there is bound to be something for everyone.

It's really nice for a couples dinner. The atmosphere is great. No loud music, and didn't feel crowded. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend for anyone looking for a special evening out.

Amazing! Wonderful fresh pasta, fantastic steak. Top notch servers.
If you are looking for a classy restaurant for a special occasion or for fine dining, this is one of the few options in Prince George. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent and memorable. This place is expensive, but like they say, "you get what you pay for," whatever you think you will spend, triple the amount to be on the safe side. Was here twice and the last visit the couple at the table next to us, the man purposed to his girlfriend which probably scored him some extra points. My girlfriend had the lobster stuffed pasta, and I had rack of lamb with whipped potatoes with vegetables and had a basket of assorted breads with several selections of whipped butter. The salad was delicious as well. Check out the list of wines, delightful. Try and leave room for dessert. I hope your experience here is as memorable.

This place is a real treat for pasta lovers. The spaghetti carbonara was deliciously comforting, and the seafood pasta was a delightful surprise. The cozy atmosphere and friendly crew added to the whole experience.
