5 years ago I initially had a negative experience at this restaurant.

I can say with confidence that that is no longer the case. I came with my wife and son and mother in law and we had an amazing time. Service was attentive and prompt, and the food was very good. We will be back again and are happy that the negative experience was a one off

Came here during the Christmas season and what a nice time it was. Very nice surroundings, a good place to see the Christmas lights have some wine or hot cocoa. We will be back again next time we are up here in the north.

My first choice when going out for lunch, dinner, or my birthday! Without fail, every single time I go to the winery I am in absolute adoration with this place. The building itself is beautiful, and has a neat history. The views are gorgeous year-round. Every single event I have gone to has been spectacular. When ever friends and family come from out of town Northern Lights is my FIRST suggestion. This is literally my favourite restaurant! The staff is amazing! I really appreciate all the hard work Erin and Jackson put in along with everyone else that works there! There was a young woman working the tasting counter the last time my boyfriend and I stopped in and she was absolutely fabulous and incredibly knowledgeable! (Sorry I didn’t catch your name.) I placed an online order and the shipping address was incorrect. I sent an email and left a voicemail and was contacted promptly first by Jackson (hope i spelled that right) and the next day I received a follow up call from Sally. I can't thank you both enough for the amazing customer service!! Thanks so much again!!

Went to their "Light up the Orchard" event as I figured it comes with a discount at the restaurant...paid 11 dollars only to find out the restaurant was closed and when I went to get Hot Chocolate at the concession they had set up, there was no Hot Chocolate.

Save your $11 and just go to Candy Cane Lane... The decorations are better at my neighbours! This event should have been free! I like the restaurant but your "events" are a total rip-off.

Booked a reservation for my birthday 2 weeks ago; and they had to rebook us twice. Ended up cancelling, as they clearly couldn’t serve a table of 4. Disappointing, thinking 2 weeks was enough time to get a time and table reserved for only 4.
Will most likely be avoiding this place in the future.

Situated just outside the city, this venue is perfect for those seeking a great meal paired with fine wine, all while immersed in a beautiful natural setting. With exceptional food, wine, service, and presentation, it’s a destination that should not be missed.

I never knew about them until I saw a few ads on social media - I took a chance and ordered several wines to give as gifts (and try out a few for myself). I encountered some problems with the courier and the delivery, but the customer service / shop team is top notch and addressed my order issues in a friendly and timely manner. I finally received the wines and the few bottles I've opened so far and shared with family members were amazing. Will definitely order more products from them in the future. Thank you!
