I had the hot honey chicken sandwich with fries, and it was amazing! Also ordered dry ribs and they were fantastic! But let's talk about the service... The dining room was relatively quiet, less than a quarter of the seating taken. Dispite this, our server not only took a very long time to come to our table, items were forgotten, drinks not punched in, and overall he seemed very distracted with something else. Unfortunately the table near us had a similar issue, and though it was a single lady at the table she did have to send her food back twice due to it being incorrect. Overall, the food is good, but our last few visits the service just isnt what it used to be.

Service was slow for only 3 tables in restaurant. Servers cared more about chatting than working. This place has gone severely downhill in the last few months. Won’t be back after giving multiple chances

I was in oak room grill on Saturday night the 15th of November and I saw two workers one black haired girl and one bleach blonde boy poring shots together then bringing them to the back and I assume drinking them. I also saw the boy bring back a beer. Other than that weird thing saw it was a decent experience the food was alright at best but the atmosphere wasn’t too bad to say the least.

I'm still raving about The Oak Room! We visited multiple times for brunch and dinner, and each experience was flawless. The food was incredible, with something for everyone, and the service was top-notch. What really impressed me was the management's hands-on approach - Deryn, the GM, was visible and working alongside the team, even during busy dinner hours. Our server, Hannah, was absolutely fantastic. Prompt, delightful, and attentive - she made our experience even more special. We'll definitely be back, and I know my friends and family will make The Oak Room their go-to spot for dinner, lunch, and brunch. Highly recommend!
I ordered the exotic mushrooms steak. The steak was good, but there were hardly any mushrooms. With it being called exotic mushrooms, I thought there would be more than 5 or 6 mushrooms (sliced)

went back to back days. for a brunch and a dinner. the food was absolutely phenomenal. servers also gave a very involved attitude. great timings on check ins, made sure everything was good and to our liking. Also manager i think? her name was Deryn, was there both days and was the sweetest. Double checking servers were doing well, double checking our food items and drinks were too our liking. Amazing service. Amazing food. Will 100% be back purely off that attention to detail and genuine care that the customer is enjoying their experience.

Tried the ‘Oh My Gourd Ravioli’ - the mixture of butternut squash, spinach, goat cheese , pecans and cranberries was absolutely delicious - not to forget the rib eye steak done to perfection . Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will look forward to returning. Very satisfied customers.

Mm. Found my new favourite cocktail here - and if you do get the mussels steamed in white wine, chili, and garlic, order an extra side of buttery garlic toast. You'll thank me later. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the crème brûlée. Get ready, Oakroom Grill. I'm coming back tomorrow.
