The worst experience ever. Even giving one star is too good. I put the order through skip the dishes app at 7:30pm. My order included 3 items 2 pizzas and one salad. 45 minutes later, the order is left at my order. I picked it up and noticed the salad is missing. I call the call the center and ask them to transfer me to the location where I ordered from. The employee tells me sorry they forgot to give to the driver and I should get it in 15 minutes. I call back 30 minutes later and told again that I should get it in 15 minutes and call after 30 minutes. The call center tried to transfer call to location but they won't take the call. The call center person said I needed contact Skip the dishes. I said why it's the restaurant responsibility to complete the order. He said he would transfer me to his supervisor I waited on phone for 15 minutes, they just hung up on me. I waited 3 hours for freaking salad.

However, the corporation may consider updating their menu to reflect what is actually available rather than what is posted to view which are no longer available, it's a big corporation I'm sure they can designate one or two dollars to accommodate that, the order operators suggest otherwise which does several things affecting the customer/consumer.

Decided to give the gluten free options at Panago a try. The pizza was very delicious. They had vegan cheese and plant based pepperoni options. Unfortunately I could not try the pepperoni due to them containing wheat but was happy that everything was clearly labeled when ordering.
