We ordered a thin crust pizza and when we opened it at home we found it was badly burnt on one side, so my husband took it back. The boss humiliated the cook, then told my husband that all things crust pizzas turn out that way. He started to reorder another thin crust pizza but my husband told him to make it regular crust if a thin crust was just going to burn. You'd think they would take thin crust off the market menu if they can't make them without burning them!

Panago Pizza is the only pizza I’ve ever had problems with ordering from because they do not answer the phones in the cities or towns they are located. If you are staying in a hotel, they expect you to give the phone number of the hotel and the address because they are too lazy to do their job. They were no longer get my business. It seems the new Covid era is ignorance to customers. Every other place takes my order does not ask for the hotel number or address.
