We ordered salt and pepper wings with a large New York Delhi pizza. Our order was delivered on time in fact 5 minutes early from what they told us. Person that took our order was helpful and friendly. The same as the delivery person. All good was excellent!

I don't know if both locations are owned by the same person/ people, but they sure aren't managed the same. One guy here has a bushy black beard and NEVER wears a beard net. (Also a health code violation). No one smiles there, they look bothered you went in, and the quality has definitely dropped over the past year. I've started going to the Westwood location, totally opposite experience.

As much as I love Panago as a chain restaurant from my childhood. I tried making some calls but to no avail, they've hung up on me each time on my birthday no less. Really wanted to make an order but the service is really questionable. Can't really order over phone I guess.
