My fiance picked us up pita pit for dinner. Normally the food is great to me but today I literally choked up a hair mid bite. Very gross. Not sure if other people have experienced it.

Pita Pit's food is always yummy! I've been going here since HS! You can't complain about the level of service either. The two girls were nice and asked where I worked, etc. Definitely recommend!

Compared to other Pita Pits in the province this location is lacking. Total rip off on ingrediants, you must pay 4 dollars to get more than 2 pieces of cheese on your pita. Workers are rude and restaurant is dirty. Much better restaurants very close, i would never reccomend this location. I will not be back.

We’ve tried this location a few times and every time the customer service has been terrible and tonight was even worse. We got three wraps, and when we got home and tried to open them, the wrap stuck to the paper on the outside, and it tore them apart as we opened them, making it impossible to eat as a wrap. We called the location to give them an opportunity to fix this and they did nothing. Ridiculous paying $55 for wraps that were not even able to eaten as they were intended. Will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone goes to this location.

Disappointed that my order was wrong. I picked up a group order for lunch today and did not check the 3 bags. My order was supposed to be chicken avocado and mushroom rice bowl and I got something with bacon lettuce tomato and chicken and a dressing that I did not order. I am gluten free so I was concerned due to not being sure what the ingredients were. I had no time to go back and resolve but I will not go back. This was my first purchase at a Pitapit.

I stopped by Pita Pit on Thursday evening and ordered chicken pita — it was fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like it. What really stood out, though, was the service. Nazdeep was super friendly and welcoming. She had such a warm smile and made the whole experience feel personal. The service was fast, and you could tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll be back for sure!

Manpreet and Somali the two ladies that made our pitas were amazing. They apologized for the long wait due to many customers and were quick with making everything delicious! These girls made our experience fun- will definitely be back! Thanks!

Terrible customer service. I'd never been to pita pit before, so I asked the girl what's good, and she just said it depends what you like. And then I saw that they had a limited time special for a smoked meat pita, and asked her if it was good. She said she never tried it and that it's probably good because it's a limited time thing. She didn't tell me anything about what was in it. Turns out it has mustard and pickles which I don't like. But that's on me for not asking. However, the way it was put together was terrible. All the meat was at the bottom of the wrap, so for 3/4 of the wrap your just eating cold veggies with a little bit of mustard, and only then when you get to the last 1/4 of the wrap do you get some meat and all that was where all the sauce was too. Definitely won't be going back. I just felt lost the entire time I was there

Asked for a ceaser wrap, paid 13 bucks and got bacon, no chicken. Called the store and that's what was put into the till, even though menu says chicken bacon ceaser and the only bacon wrap I can find is for kids... Would be great if staff asked questions, or clarified.
