Today at 10:15am I ordered a regular chicken pita, the girl who waited on me was very rude from the moment I walked in.I wanted Spinach lettuce on my wrap, but the lettuce was so bad it was black.All three different lettuces was old and brown.When I asked the girl if there was any good lettuce she said no, so I asked for a refund as looking at the vegetables I noticed they were all bad. (This location was the dirtiest Pita Pit I have ever been in).The girl refused to give me a refund and said it wasn't possible, I said what do you mean it's not possible.A different lady with glasses came to assist and she gave me a refund right away, while the other girl in a different language aggressively spoke and shook her had.Disgusting customer service, this girl should not be employed anywhere where she has to deal with people period.I would warn anyone to never step in this Pita Pit location.

Food tasted spoiled n expired. Literally took two bites n had to puke the second bite.
Waited out the front door for 1-2 minutes until the worker was done sweeping the cement of the front door.
Felt demanded because I was told I couldn’t stand in front of the window of the vegetables, n told me to stand in front of the door way.
Was ignored about bacon being in my pita n getting pop n chips, they asked but I just said Uh, than they told me the price.
Definitely needs some improvement on employees with their attitude n greetings to customers

Every time I go to this place the staff act like they hate you and roll there eyes when you ask for hot sauce on the grill or extra anything. The pita's are very expensive so you think it would be alright to ask for these things its normal. The staff have angry looks and never smile, there is zero customer service and everyone I know talk about how bad the service is.
Ordered my boyfriend a pita from this location to be delivered to his job site for his lunch, and he bit into mold after three bites. He opened it up and the lettuce was wilted and brown on top of it. So disappointing. This place just has gotten worse and worse over the last couple years.

Today, i went for dine in near 6:20 pm and there were two girls and one of them who is short in height was very rude. When i entered they act like they are not interested in serving costumers. Very rude, I don’t like it. She was making me feel uncomfortable.When i exit she commented on me and I heard that. Unacceptable behaviour.Staff should learn how to do costumer service. I will never go there again just because of bad staff and their attitude towards costumers.

Pita Pit Parkwood 1/5 ⭐️That will be my last time giving them another shot, 3 bad times in a row. I got a Buffalo chicken extra meat and I always tip bringing it to $19. No one else in line before me but they were very slow to start making my order leaving me standing there. They triple steamed my wrap leaving it tasting burnt then she couldn’t get it open and it was covered with tips making it very difficult to eat including how it was sauced which I will address later. Had to ask for each veggie I wanted multiple times as only got 5 individual leaves of spinach and maybe 3 small pieces of pepper. I asked them to remove the mushrooms they put without me asking for it and the girl doing it declined until another girl came to help. They did not move my meat around on the grill at all to make it nicer or cook it long enough. When I asked for tzadziki she put it all in one spot then did not move it around leaving it all at the end of the wrap with the rest of it dry so I asked for a small amount of ranch but she wasn’t listening so the other women helped me. I will not pay almost $20 for this level of quality again unfortunately as it was a nice close option for us healthcare workers. Atmosphere dirty and staff no longer friendly unfortunately.
