$20 for a sandwich and pop. Prices are beyond expensive. Restaurants are going to have to do something about the prices. I can go to a sit down restaurant and spend that for a real sandwich with fries and a drink for that.

The girl who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. She had no manners and didn’t know how to speak to a customer properly. Just called today at 7:55pm and she was like “don't call us we are busy” this is how you guys teach your employees to talk to a customer .Very disappointing experience — would not recommend at all.

Great food…horrible service. Google said the College Heights location opened at 10 am. When I got there, they told me they don’t actually open until 11 am. Hence, I was like okay I’ll come back. I came back at 11 am and they said “we need 10 more minutes.” Their attitudes were rude and unprofessional as well. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. As others have said, I felt like I was being inconvenient to them just for being a customer. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went in to pick up my order, there was a young woman behind the counter whom I'm assuming didn't work there as she was staring at me while chowing down on her own pita and frothy drink. No uniform, hair net, gloves... when I tried telling her why I was there, you know, to get dinner, she turned around and stood by the stove while some of her own food fell on the floor. I left.
Horrible customer service. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience at this location. I will not be returning. Every other location I’ve been to is great, just not this one.

This was terrible. Usually the service is fine but this girl working was unbelievably rude. She was coughing all over everything. I wouldn’t finish and she would say “is that all?”. She sighed when I added another thing to my order. Sighed again once I asked for a different kind of lettuce. She also just threw everything on my wrap, while coughing and not covering her mouth. She handed me my wrap and said nothing else. Just walked away with a scowl on her face. I am very dissatisfied.
