There was a mistake with my order and the Asian man was really rude to me. Told me to call the call center that he wasn't willing to remake the order. At least I received a refund.
Both pizza veggies and pepperoni have not red sauce ??????? What are you making there? Simple question: After dew, the first thing you put is red sauce that is universal. Hello

I had an awful experience at Pizza 73 Prince George. I found a piece of plastic in my pizza that actually hurt my mouth when I bit into it. I called the customer service, they did not found my order on their system as it was a walk in order but did recommend to go into the store. I went into the store to report it, thinking they would take it seriouslyâbut the staff didnât listen to me at all. They were completely dismissive and didnât offer any help or even an apology.
This is a serious safety issue, and the lack of customer care made it even worse. I expected at least some accountability, but they clearly donât value their customers or their health. I wonât be ordering from Pizza 73 again, and I wouldnât recommend it to anyone.

I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats from Pizza 73, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The hot wings were dry, not fresh, and so tough that I could barely chew them. It was a total letdown, especially since I paid $20 expecting decent quality. I called the store directly to let them know about the issue, and instead of showing any concern or offering an apology, the person on the phone told me, âYou need to talk to Uber about that.â Thatâs not the kind of service I expect as a customer. When I asked what would happen if I ordered again and the same thing occurred â especially since it was a pickup order â he simply repeated that Iâd have to speak with Uber. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Is this really how Pizza 73 handles customer concerns? I understand that third-party platforms are involved, but this was your food and your store. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because based on this experience, Iâm hesitant to order again.

Perhaps inform your delivery driver that they have zero ownership to the parking spots& cannot demand the space that another driver has already parked in purely because it is closer to the door. Too lazy to walk the extra 3 feet, pathetic.
