Ordered on the app because we were at the hospital visiting my elderly mother who has lung cancer and we didn’t feel like cooking when we got home. Order went through and we left mom to sleep and went to pick up our pies. When we got there they said only Skip/DD orders were there. I showed them the order on my tablet and they said they didn’t receive it? It was right there on my tablet! Paid for and everything! So I told the owner I had better not have a charge for it and stormed out. I know the internet at the hospital can be dicey, and as I had the order already on my “recent orders”, I decided to order from home. The order went through at 10:14 pm and it said it would be approximately 40 minutes; that would make it 10:54 and they close at 11, so that would be fine. I looked at the app at 10:50 to make sure it was still coming and it said the restaurant was closed?! This wasn’t the first time ithis happened to me from this restaurant, but it will be THE LAST TIME! I love Pizza 73’s crust more than any commercial pizza, but their app SUCKS! Side note: A guy I know was there picking up an order and it wasn’t there either…

Have been a favorite in my house since I was a kid. They're always polite on the phone, and have gone the extra mile a couple of times when we forgot a detail on the address or called in a forgotten item.
Delivery driver didnt give me my receipt, food was great though!

There was a mistake with my order and the Asian man was really rude to me. Told me to call the call center that he wasn't willing to remake the order. At least I received a refund.

Both pizza veggies and pepperoni have not red sauce ??????? What are you making there? Simple question: After dew, the first thing you put is red sauce that is universal. Hello
