I had a great experience with Pizza Hut delivery today, all thanks to Sanyam! He was super professional, polite, and arrived right on time. The food was hot and fresh, and he even double-checked the order before handing it over to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to meet someone who takes pride in their job – Sanyam definitely did. Great service all around!

We had bad experience with the delivery driver - Sanyam Nayyar - spoke rudely when he delivered the pizza, did not even hand the receipt in my hands, instead he placed it on top of the pizzas that flew away. Handed me pizzas in a way that the pizzas inside were sideways when opened.
When I asked him that can you please hand me my receipt properly, he replied rudely and didn’t admit his mistake. When I addressed him about his professionalism, he addressed me that I have merged with the Canadian way of thanking and forgiving, so it doesn’t bother him.
He used cuss words for other people that they are using Pizza hut’s offer advantage.
Right away I called the store, spoke to the Manager and he admitted the mistake on the driver’s behalf, but this behaviour is not tolerated as it is getting out of control too much these days.
First and last time ordering pizzas from here.

Worst experience ever dine in. 1st of all waitress came back twice to confirm my order. Than she brings four coffees, only ordered 3. Than says there is no sugar. Just honey. Who puts honey in coffee.so when the bill arrived I told her the waitress screwed up right from the get go. I refused to pay for coffee. She deleted 1 coffee. Language barrier is definitely an issue. Worst service of my life. I advise people not to dine in at Pizza Hut in Parkwood Mall

My mother was working and planned on having lunch with my siblings and I this Christmas Eve. So my mother preordered pizza intending on us going in and eating with the food already ordered. The entire restaurant was dead. We asked and he denied that we could, so we asked this employee if we could just speak to someone about it (manager) and refused to give us the managers name! It’s Christmas Eve yall, show some compassion.
