Awesome food, building is in need of a reno. Looks old and warn out inside.

Kid-friendliness: We bring our 6 kids here between 3 and 13. We always have such great service and the food is fantastic. The mac-n-cheese for our kids is a must have(i find it delicious myself) with it being endless with the endless side- RR is our first choice everything!

I went for a late lunch with my grandsons and daughter Sept 15. We ordered and sat there for half an hour . We asked for napkins and vinegar which were not delivered. We noticed some burgers sitting on the kitchen counter for a long time, I said I hope they are not ours! Well they were. They brought them over I looked at my burger it didn't have any bacon on it and the top of the bun was gard from sitting under the heating lamp and the fries had definitely been sitting around. BUT the worst thing was my grandson took 2 bites out of his burger before we realized it was raw (we took a picture of the raw burger) I then called the waitress over she just stared at the food and said we will remake. I said nope we are leaving we don't want to wait another hour for garbage and we walked out. Disgusting!!
The place is a dump. Hasn’t been renovated, upkept or ?cleaned?? The food was cold. The service was basically non existent. I would NOT recommend this restaurant ever.
