The weather has been so beautiful lately so myself, daughter and my niece decided to go to Red Robin to have a nice meal and cold drinks outside on the patio. But we were refused to sit outside! We left and went to BX which of course had no problem with us sitting outside and the food and service was amazing as usual!

Slow service, cold food, nice staff, but nothing like any other red Robin I've been to
Even if I don't like the food it's to much time and effort for me to leave a bad review. But I ordered a beef burger and got 2 obvious chunks of deep fried chicken bone or pork chop bone. How does that even happen? I ordered from skip and they only refunded me half the price off the burger that i had 2 bites of. The salad was great. refund Robin would be a more suitable name than red robin.
I love this place and the food is just awesome. Must try

My Husband received a burger that was pink in the middle. My shrimp was very dry and only two chicken pieces. The manager said that they will take half of the price of burger. It turned out to be only 5.87 they took off a twenty dollar burger. Not impressed at all. The service was really good.
