I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ricky's Food Diner. First off, the service was terrible. No one asked us for refills the entire time we were there, and they even forgot several items that we ordered. The fish we received was overcooked and dry, which was extremely frustrating. It took them over an hour just to cook eggs benedict, and when they finally brought it out, they only served half the order!

To make matters worse, they forgot multiple items for everyone at the table, and the soda was flat. Overall, the service was slow, the food was poorly prepared, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. I definitely won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place to anyone.

We stumbled into the restaurant by chance and were pleased. The waitress was extremely attentive, the food came quickly and fully met our expectations. For us there was no reason to complain.

The food was sub par. Portions were nowhere what I would have expected for the price. The servers seemed unmotivated. She asked what side I would like. Having not known what sides were available I asked. She responded with “like salad” so I got the salad and gave it to my wife. Really the only redeeming quality was that the food was very quick. I honestly think I would have been happier with fast food.

Went in family of 4 to eat a late lunch, It took 6 minutes for anyone to even bring us menus or take our drink order, not overly friendly waitress, fish was over cooked, Childs meal didn’t include the pancakes, forgot coleslaw for fish & chips, men’s bathroom floor was sticky and presume vomit in the sink. Pretty certain two customers at fat burger were doing drugs…. Our first time will be our last time.

Have been here a few times now with always good service and fantastic breakfast! My last visit was review worthy. The cubed hash browns were done perfect and the BC bennie is a delicious choice. My daughter loved here meal as well! I will come here on occasion again and again.

We tried to order at 11:50 am and I was told I could not order the fettuccine special that I had to order breakfast even though the menu says available to order at 11 . I was not impressed and will never dine at rickys in prince george again!!!

The servers are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Food is usually great, can get crazy busy cause of the great service and food !!
My Crew loves eating here!!
