Unfortunately, we had a new waitress. She was incredibly nice and apologetic, but lacked direction from staff training her. I ordered a half sandwich with whole grain bread and tomato basil soup 🍲. The soup was delicious, but the sandwich came as a whole sandwich with white bread. I just took it apart and ate the good stuff in the middle. Food was good and staff were pretty attentive. I left a generous tip since she was just learning.
My husband and I recently tried Ricky's for breakfast. We had been going to the other restaurants in town (not franchises) but decided to try Ricky's instead. We've been back a few times now and are never disappointed in the taste of food. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and the server asked if I would like pancakes or waffle. Had the best dining experience with Saganpreet K. She was awesome in every way whether its service, listening to customers, attentive and helping others with a smile on her face. Had to say one of the best dining experiences i ever had.
