The service was good, and the food was excellent!! Highly recommended the special wonton soup!! I'll be coming back just for that!!

Went to the Rockford after work with friends for a drink. Staff were exceptional.. friendly outgoing and brought great energy. Food was delicious and brought out quickly. I highly recommend not skipping the desert and spurging on the white chocolate lemon cheesecake... the recent upgrades to the restaurant bring an elegant atmosphere for casual dining. Highly recommend

ROCKFORD GRILL, Prince George, B.C., used to be a FABULOUSLY FAMILY / EVERYONE restaurant few years ago... BUT, I STOPPED going there anymore because of BELOW-AVERAGE Customer Service, and POOR FOOD-BASKET-SERVICE-QUALITY 😢!!!
IMAGINE, in today's economic climate, spending over C$ 100, and ending up getting a MEAGER FOOD SERVICE QUALITY, is simply unacceptable 😑
IN my humble opinion, the biggest problems and challenges are that, restaurant business franchises are constantly changing hands to investors NEW to Canada's history and changing customer taste - in particular, customer care demands and sustained food basket - as the Tariffs (Taxes) and dwindling economic fortunes take effect!

Our group of 5 ladies that lunch together every Wednesday enjoyed the Rockford's menu selections. I ordered the Salmon,Mango salad. The salmon was moist, cooked perfectly and tasted heavenly with slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, mangoes, strips of zucchini, greens and a delicious dressing. We have always appreciated that this is a place we can enjoy quiet conversations and hear each other easily. The place feels classy with cloth napkins and it's clean, comfortable and spacious.

Had an amazing Ramen here. It was missing something tho. The broth base is not what I needed. I wish they had Shoyu or Tonkotsu base.
I asked the server, it was the lovely Alexa, about the soup base. I was sure that the soup base was neither Shoyu nor Tonkotsu. Other than that, everything else was a blast! I drove from Seattle all the way to Prince George to go to Alaska. Stopped by Rockford Grill because I stayed at Sandman Signature. Alexa was outstanding! She took care of me and explained everything I needed to know about the ramen. I wish the restaurant opened late since I got there super late and wanted some food and a glass of wine.
Overall, great experience! I'd love to be back again one day and try their other food!
I have had several great experiences at this restaurant however I have also had a very poor experience as well. Our waitress was rude and condescending. She did nothing but complain about her day. We ordered drinks and when they came i paid the bill and left without even having our drinks.

Great spot, breakfast was delicious. The hostess/waitress Kenna was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging all while opening and stocking ice wells. And not a hint of it being 6am.
