Went to the Rockford after work with friends for a drink. Staff were exceptional.. friendly outgoing and brought great energy. Food was delicious and brought out quickly. I highly recommend not skipping the desert and spurging on the white chocolate lemon cheesecake... the recent upgrades to the restaurant bring an elegant atmosphere for casual dining. Highly recommend
Our group of 5 ladies that lunch together every Wednesday enjoyed the Rockford's menu selections. I ordered the Salmon,Mango salad. The salmon was moist, cooked perfectly and tasted heavenly with slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, mangoes, strips of zucchini, greens and a delicious dressing. We have always appreciated that this is a place we can enjoy quiet conversations and hear each other easily. The place feels classy with cloth napkins and it's clean, comfortable...
Great food! But...
Had an amazing Ramen here. It was missing something tho. The broth base is not what I needed. I wish they had Shoyu or Tonkotsu base.
I asked the server, it was the lovely Alexa, about the soup base. I was sure that the soup base was neither Shoyu nor Tonkotsu.
Other than that, everything else was a blast! I drove from Seattle all the way to Prince George to go to Alaska. Stopped by Rockford Grill because I stayed...
