As a uber eats driver my experience with Second cup at this location has been very low. They would not provide a coffee cup holder, or place the order in a bag. They have also canceled orders without warning. I would suggest not ordering from them.

Vegetarian options: Yesterday I went there and asked for large white hot chocolate with 1/4 coffee which is my usual drink. First girl who was working there yesterday said we don’t make white hot chocolate. Then I explained her that I usually get this drink even last week. She gave me medium size cup first then she changed it to large. There was no white chocolate in my cup. It was lots of milk with coffee. Ruin my drink totally. They have a new staff and not fully trained. Don’t know how to make drink. I ordered blueberry white hot chocolate last week and blueberry and other staff not crushed properly. I am very discounted.

Coffee was terrible. I ordered a Americano. When I got it,it was soooo damn hot that I almost dropped my cup. No sleeve on the cup either. They said there was sugar in my coffee but could not taste it without burning my face off. Not great service or coffee.

Good coffee and really nice little hang out spot. Great internet for studying and tests. Only reason it got 4 out of 5 was because it really was a LITTLE hang out spot. I think 2 tables and a bench.

Hidden gem (but don't steal my coffee place)! This little Cafe has become part of our daily routine with friendly staff who get to know you. The drinks always come out hot, and are served with a genuine smile. Cheers!
