“The Starbucks itself was a regular Starbucks - nothing special. The staff was a mixed group of competent and incompetent.
There was one OUTSTANDING staff member called Milo. Milo had an exceptional knowledge of products including allergens. THANK YOU Milo for making my sister’s and my experience at your location and beverages excellent.“

“This Starbucks team makes me feel like a celebrity every single day with all the warm welcomes, they remember my name and they all know my order! Suhani’s energy is contagious and she always greets you like you're a friend. Sage is also super cool, and consistently amazes me with her ability to stay calm even when its insanely busy. They all go above and beyond every single time no matter how insanely busy it can get. Love starting my day off right by going and seeing them.“
“I’ve visited Starbucks in major cities across North America and Asia-including Canada, US, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Korea-so I was pleasantly surprised that this location is my favorite. (Of course, I’m not counting the Reserve locations, which are in a category of their own with unique menus 😉).
What makes this location special is the professional and friendly staff. They consistently make each visit enjoyable, and the drinks are always prepared with care and reliable quality. My usual order is a venti Matcha Frappuccino/Matcha Latte, but at this location, I’ve also tried their lattes, espressos, refreshers, and teas-all of which have been excellent.
I once took a friend/colleague-whose favorite Starbucks was elsewhere-and introduced her to the Ramada location as my favorite spot. Ever since, she has become a very loyal and enthusiastic convert to this location!
