Waited 30 minutes for two simple drinks, one being a drip coffee. Staff were working hard but seemed overwhelmed between mobile orders, drive through, and walk-in traffic. Don't come here unless you have a hour to kill and want to listen to some coffee-core light rock.

The barista was stressed because only one bar was open, as she made my drink she made a snide comment regarding it, she also didn't make it right. I understand she was under pressure due to the circumstances but the way she made me feel when grabbing my drink was unprofessional. I shouldn't have to feel bad for what I ordered

My drinks constantly wrong here, it's as if they've never worked cafes. I've worked at starbucks before and none of my baristas or myself had this incompetence.

Took almost 30 minutes to get my drink . 10 people after me got their drinks first super disappointed in my service.

Only 2 employees working their butts off to get the orders done. One on front and the other at drive thru. The other girl and boy were looking around and just standing and talking to each other (rolling eyes and giggling) the 15min we were in there to get our drinks. I noticed them offer 2 drinks 2 separate times to two different customers that weren't ordered and seemed put off by that. The floors were dirty with a pile of dirt and garbage right by the pickup counter. The prep counters were a mess. Tables and lid counters were also in clear need of a cleanup.
I feel sorry for the 2 working hard while the other 2 stood around giggling instead of taking care of ANYTHING else that could have been done. Real shame.

Quite simply the slowest and worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Even when it’s quiet it takes forever to get anything.
As for the grilled cheese, it’s more like slightly warmed bread

I don’t know why these people don’t understand the word “light ice”. I don’t know why you guys insert that word to your App. If you guys don’t know the meaning of that, please remove that option. Because I mentioned “light ice” you guys always give us 3/4 ice cubes, and 1/4 the drink that we ordered. Is that light ice? Please be respectful for customers orders.

Went thru the drive through, they want your name for some reason, although you are in a line up , and they want tips.

Thank you workers of Starbucks, im in town for Christmas staying in a hotel to visit my mom whos in hospital with next to nothing on christmas. You guys gave us lots of goods to drink today. Means a lot. Again thank u workers.
