Starbucks

The staff here were genuinely upbeat, polite, and enthusiastic. Despite a long line, service moved surprisingly fast, and the barista was engaging and friendly with everyone—easily some of the best energy I’ve seen at a Starbucks in town.

Unfortunately, the drink itself was a letdown. While it wasn’t terrible, the inconsistency is frustrating. The dome was not properly filled with whipped cream as it’s supposed to be, and the caramel drizzle—normally layered along the cup walls and dome—was noticeably lacking. I’ve had this drink made correctly many times and have been told by Starbucks baristas how it should be prepared, so my expectations are reasonable and based on experience.

Yes, the drink tastes mostly the same—but presentation and finishing touches matter. Filling the dome properly and taking a few extra seconds to do the caramel right would have easily made this a five-star visit.

The outstanding staff is the only reason this location avoided a one- or two-star rating. There’s a lot of potential here, but execution needs to match the service.

The Starbucks itself was a regular Starbucks - nothing special. The staff was a mixed group of competent and incompetent.

There was one OUTSTANDING staff member called Milo. Milo had an exceptional knowledge of products including allergens. THANK YOU Milo for making my sister’s and my experience at your location and beverages excellent.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but it was nice.

Over 20 min in the driver through for a like warm americano... get it together

Usually have a great time when I go in to eat and have a coffee and read, but I got a venti sugar cookie oat latte and got only hot oat milk. No syrup, coffee, or the sprinkles. Hot oat milk!! I dont know what's up but this is the second time ive just gotten a whole cup of milk, last time was the iced brown shaken expresso which I got in store and could see it was just milk so an employee fixed it but I was in the drive thru today and it's too late for me to drive all the way back. I dont even know how this happens. Broken espresso machine??

Its crazy to me how there can be 5 cars in the drive-thru, inside empty...so I walk inside and still find myself waiting 20 mins for 2 drinks. They need to stop prioritizing mobile orders over walk ins. Every Starbucks in this town is horrendous for wait times for walk in customers

I only order from Starbucks a couple time a year, and they are always out of everything. No Frapps today? Never going to earn my business this way.

One of the barista's, Jo, used to serve me at the Pine Centre location years ago, and I went into this location one morning, and she remembered me and asked me how I had been and talked to me for a few minutes while catching up on things.
This location is always a little on the busier side, and generally there's not much seating inside the store, but over-all, a decent place to stop in and grab something.
