I only order from Starbucks a couple time a year, and they are always out of everything. No Frapps today? Never going to earn my business this way.

One of the barista's, Jo, used to serve me at the Pine Centre location years ago, and I went into this location one morning, and she remembered me and asked me how I had been and talked to me for a few minutes while catching up on things.
This location is always a little on the busier side, and generally there's not much seating inside the store, but over-all, a decent place to stop in and grab something.

Visited this starbucks for the first time in a while. I met Madelyn and she made me feel extremely welcome, and made my drink to peak perfection, even if it was just before closing. I recommend Madelyn’s trenta caremel frapanchindo . 9/10 visit

Some staff were really nice but the staff member helping me was not very friendly and I waited about 25 mins to 30 mins for two Carmel Mocha's. I was honestly pissed leaving the place. There was barley anyone in there i just don't understand.

Unfortunately staff were more focused on prioritizing drive-through orders and other staff members orders than an in house experience for their other customers.

The lady named joanne is super rude, especially in drive thru.Am sorry if you hate your job, just quit it, it’s that easy. And messed up our order as well!

Definitely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do not come here if you are looking for a quick coffee. I waited over 20 minutes for two drinks. All they do is talk instead of making your order. I will not return to this location.

i ordered a drink, the lady at the drive through was rude for no reason. assuming i was vaping when i was putting my summer fridays lip balm. apparently they also call their customers ‘gay’ 😹

Jo put an unexpected smile on our faces this morning with her bright and happy welcome while we got our coffee this morning.

I went in to pick up my order, and the barista bar area seemed to be not clean, had liquid around the area and I watched them not wash their hands repeatedly while taking orders and drinks?

Drive through line is ALWAYS slow. Maybe they need to hire more staff?

This location is by far the slowest Starbucks location in town. They are consistently understaffed and underdelivering at peak times.
