My drink and food tasted amazing, and this wonderful young man that took my order even hand delivered my food to me on a plate at my table and wished me a great day. Couldn’t recommend this place more and thank you so much to the barista I think his name was Chris.

Ordered one drink with no line ahead of me. The workers took over an hour to make my iced drink and then didn’t make it right. I asked for them to make it correct and the lady was really rude and they gave me my drink that was pretty much straight milk. They also stopped to pet dogs in the drive through even though they knew their orders were backed up after my order. Terrible service.

Brit is the manager here ! She runs a great store - any Starbucks you walk into you feel the energy right away and how the manager runs the store.Brittany’s store has my go to anytime I’m in town.She had her team make my drink perfect after having it done wrong a few times around town. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I told her about the foam situation lol #firstworldproblems lolShe also empathized with how a customer should have their drink their way - because one shouldn’t have to pay for a beverage not done right.

There are like 8 people working and it’s takes over 10-15 minutes to get your drink. The drive through is slow as going to Canada services. But now they are telling people who walk in that online clients have priority and the wait for a coffee is over 20 minutes.Just don’t go there.

Aug 31st, this morning the starbucks staff were SWAMPED with drive thru, online and walk in orders but they were killing it. Being that the location at Pine Centre is temporarily closed, they handled their increase in volume amazingly. Bit of a long wait but were quick as they could be. Quality drinks and baked goods, frinedly service despite the choatic rush.

Place was super busy as they decided to only open this one starbucks on the first day of a big event the drink was good but mangement could do better with planning as it felt super crowded almost to the level of a health violation with current "events"
