Why does it take 40 minutes to make drinks, I’ve been to Starbucks all over town and only have problems with this one, idk if it’s understaffed or what but fix this.

Not sure how the drive thru makes any money. There were only 4 vehicles ahead of us a couple weeks ago and it was almost 40 minutes. Yesterday waited 15 minutes and ended up backing out of the drive thru.

Had to walk in due to work vehicle being too big for drive thru. Spent my ENTIRE 30 minute lunch break waiting for a small chai, and then realized they put my warmed food on the counter and didn't call my name resulting in cold and soggy food. Baristas are working hard with no AC, despite this they still provide good customer service. Corporate needs to stop prioritizing mobile orders over in house customers.

This location is usually my go to. However I started ordering ahead because waiting 20 minutes for a drink is crazy. I order my drink on the app, and it STILL takes 20 minutes after the said pick up time.. 30+ minute wait for a drink is unacceptable.
Service is unbearably slow and has been for some time. Fire the manager and hire more staff.

Walk ins are totally deprioritized in favour of on line orders and drive thru. I have not been systematically disrespected by a business this bad in a long time. While it is clear the staff are working hard and doing their best, it was incredibly frustrating to spend 30 minutes waiting at a Starbucks for a latte. This business should lock the door and put a sign up that says “online and drive thru only” since that is their only focus. To top it off, the latte ended up being mediocre because it was weak. What a disappointing experience.

they have 5 staffs working so this is very surprising. I’ve been to other much busier locations in Alberta and Vancouver with same amount of staff and it never takes this long.
