Had to walk in due to work vehicle being too big for drive thru. Spent my ENTIRE 30 minute lunch break waiting for a small chai, and then realized they put my warmed food on the counter and didn't call my name resulting in cold and soggy food. Baristas are working hard with no AC, despite this they still provide good customer service. Corporate needs to stop prioritizing mobile orders over in house customers.

This location is usually my go to. However I started ordering ahead because waiting 20 minutes for a drink is crazy. I order my drink on the app, and it STILL takes 20 minutes after the said pick up time.. 30+ minute wait for a drink is unacceptable.

Walk ins are totally deprioritized in favour of on line orders and drive thru. I have not been systematically disrespected by a business this bad in a long time. While it is clear the staff are working hard and doing their best, it was incredibly frustrating to spend 30 minutes waiting at a Starbucks for a latte. This business should lock the door and put a sign up that says âonline and drive thru onlyâ since that is their only focus. To top it off, the latte ended up being mediocre because it was weak. What a disappointing experience.

they have 5 staffs working so this is very surprising. Iâve been to other much busier locations in Alberta and Vancouver with same amount of staff and it never takes this long.

Do not order from the counter, staff treat you like a 3rd world citizen compared to drive thru customers. Manager and staff do not care that it takes 30+ minutes to make a simple drink after 10 minutes to order

We've been waiting for half an hour and counting for our 2 drinks. Went to the counter at the 20min waiting mark to ask about them and they said it was only 4 drinks away, meanwhile the drive through has vehicles passing through with their order within minutes. Our order is still nowhere to be seen.
Food was great, but waited 5m for my order to be taken and then 25 for the coffee to be ready ? had to leave without it as I didn't have that much time before work.
