What can I say… this location just doesn’t seem able to handle basic consistency.
I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and still waited around 10–15 minutes for a single drink. When it finally came, the dome wasn’t filled with whipped cream and there was zero caramel drizzle — which is literally the defining part of the drink.
When I asked for a straw, they didn’t have any ready. The barista had to go look for some and came back with the smallest straws they had, asking if that was okay even though it obviously wasn’t ideal for a Venti Frappuccino. Using it felt pointless — it sank into the drink and got lost.
For such a large company, you’d think they’d be able to keep basic stock items like straws and caramel drizzle on hand, especially during normal business hours.
If you want your drink made properly and without an unnecessary wait, I’d honestly recommend going to a different Starbucks. This location just isn’t reliable.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I waited for about 20 minutes for my order, and during that time, the employee over there named as KJ was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know how to communicate with customers and even acted like she was throwing my order at me. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

Not sure how the drive thru makes any money. There were only 4 vehicles ahead of us a couple weeks ago and it was almost 40 minutes. Yesterday waited 15 minutes and ended up backing out of the drive thru.
