It took 25 minutes to get a tea which was not fabulous and my treat tasted stale. Not impressed. The drive through and mobile pick up are obviously prioritized. An attendant should have gave us a heads up that it would take so long cause we would not have ordered.

Had to wait 30 minutes for two coffees. People who ordered after me received their coffees before me. And the drinks were not made right. I will not go back to that Starbucks. Horrible service!

When you have to wait 30 min for one drink…that’s beyond pathetic. Then to top it off while waiting, asked the barista if they were having issues with staffing. She replied ‘no. We have lots of employees that would love more hours. Corporate has made the decision to not allow proper staffing’. Well guess what Starbucks…we won’t be back. You just lost a family of customers. We will take out dollars to a coffee franchise that does.
