I arrived at the restaurant fifteen to twenty minutes before my bus arrived at the exchange bay. I was hoping to get my singular drink and go so I could get home quickly but they instead of prioritizing orders from inside the restaurant they continue to prioritize orders from the drive through and this causes constant long waiting periods for orders inside the restaurant. This caused me to miss my bus and have to get home an hour later than I planned.
I will continue to order from here but I hope they will focus on multitasking to give better customer satisfaction for people inside and outside of the restaurant.
This Starbucks team makes me feel like a celebrity every single day with all the warm welcomes, they remember my name and they all know my order! Suhani’s energy is contagious and she always greets you like you're a friend. Sage is also super cool, and consistently amazes me with her ability to stay calm even when its insanely busy. They all go above and beyond every single time no matter how insanely busy it can get. Love starting my day off right by going and seeing them.
This is only about an employee named Suhani. She needs to behave in better way to the customers. Even they have slowest service, some of the employees are also very rude. Would not like to come again specially if not give my order to Suhani……
Slowest drive through ever. Maybe they need to improve staffing...waited over 20 mins for a large coffee and ended up leaving the line before I even got it. What a mistake... Definitely echo the other reviews here.
No exaggeration, this is the worst starbucks in BC. I have never encountered such slow service. In the drive thru I have waited 25 minutes and now again 20. With one person in front of me. I have gone inside and its just as slow.

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your order if you don't order online. They appeared to be consistently understaffed, and the services is very slow.
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and has been for a while now. A few days before Christmas, with tons of people going to the mall, you'd think they'd have more than two people working, but no...one taking drive through and one on counter/making all drinks for drive-in, counter, and mobile orders. TWO PEOPLE in line and I walked out after waiting 20 minutes with neither of the two in front of me even helped yet.
There's plenty of people looking for jobs. The days of "short staffed because of Covid" are long gone. Hire more staff!! As the complaints show, this is an ongoing problem. Also, mobile orders are ridiculous when they take from every other customer. If this location can't handle basic counter service, they shouldn't be doing anything extra.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever seen. They hire kids that just screw around. 30 mins waiting for two drinks is just ridiculous, this is an on going issue. Hire more staff!!

I don’t usually come on and write reviews but today I was super disappointed. I absolutely love that Starbucks is convenient and they have all sorts of base options and syrups. I ordered a matcha latte with oat base and not only was the drink almost $10 it also had a super chunky texture. I found my self after every sip with a mouth full of chunky bitter matcha bits. I decided to dump my drink. The guy at the window was also super unfriendly, could have been having a bad day because usually they are super friendly. Just wanted to share my experience.

I usually love this place. But today, I always order a venti iced white mocha with 2 hazelnut and vanilla cold foam. When I got the drink, I hadn’t realized that the cashier mixed up a mocha with frappe?? How do you even get there?? I immediately told them about the whipped cream and the removed it because I didn’t want they to start the whole drink again and put cold foam. And then the cashier couldn’t even properly count the money and had to make someone do it for him!? If you mix up Iced white mocha with Frapp and can’t even count your own money you don’t deserve to be in the cashier.
