I ordered a drink with only 1 person infront of me. I didnt order anything fancy just a iced latte. 8 people after me got their orders before they even started to make mine. It took 20 minutes. I asked for another drink first and they said they couldnt make it but I could still order it off the app and someone that was behind me ordered it and they didnt say that they couldn't make it. Not very happy with the service or the worker.

They remade the drink twice, left it on the back counter and would not put the drink on the counter for pick up. I waited patiently as they remade it, I didn’t ask for a remake, they may have made a mistake because it was busy. I asked twice for the drink as it was sitting on the back counter and I had one of two drinks that I ordered. They just said it’s almost done, five more minutes go by, they put a lid on it and finally hand it over. Not great customer service, clearly the drink was ready- just needed a lid. The lady was snarky and rude. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible service at this location. The hart will always be my go to, just this time I was in town and this was the closest location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited in line in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, stuck because we couldn't pull out of the queue, and never did get to order a drink. I don't know what the staff were doing, but there were only about six cars in the line up, and it should not have taken so long. Two staff members were busy taking the garbage out, instead of serving customers. My mom got out to go inside, where it was similarly slow with only a handful of customers waiting. I note that other customers have experienced the same lack of service. This store needs to pick up the pace!!!

Don’t ever go to this location on a Sunday when that guy is working the drive thru …. Unless you want to wait 20-25 minutes for one coffee. How is he still working there?!

Sat in drive through for 15 mins before making it to the window, and then sat at the window for another 10 minutes waiting for our coffee. Service was super slow, they seem very disorganized. Staff member at window was very friendly but won't be back to this starbucks, and will make the choice to go out of our way to go to a different one. This used to be our go to but it has gone downhill in the last 6 months.

It's experiences like this past one today that make me avoid Starbucks and spend my money elsewhere.
Today I was greeted warmly, order was taken and my eggs bites prepared and presented to me. I then waited for 7 minutes for a americano and watched the barista struggle with multiple drink orders while the rest of the team felt it was more important to talk about last night and to chit chat behind the counter, and empty the trash which was half full. The second espresso machine sat idle, with at least three other identifiable staff who could have hopped on it to alleviate the other barista's back up of orders.
Wake up team, be flexible, and be helpful to benefit your co-worker and ultimately the customer.
My drink order, when finally delivered, was also wrong, even with a printed label.
I would highly recommended the new independent Jack's coffee bar in Prince George.

I dont usually write reviews but this was by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It took 25 minutes for us to get our food and it seemed like only 2 people were actually doing work while the third person was just yapping with the customers. There was no one in the store but it seemed like they were prioritizing drive through and mobile orders. The bathroom was minefield. I had to dodge dirty toilet paper on the floor only to realize there was none for me. And the state of the toilet seat was egregious. Not to mention I happened upon this warzone in the morning too so I pray it had at least been cleaned recently. Overheard the yapping cashier call it the worst Starbucks in canada... would have to agree 👍
Coffee wasn't hot. They have no ice?? Very dissatisfied.

Insane that it takes them 10mins per car in the drive thru. We had two cars in front of us and were trapped in the line for close to 30mins. We only ordered two drinks, neither of which were complicated.
