I used to go regularly but recently this location has gotten terrible. Drinks are not made properly and take up to 25 minutes if you don't order ahead. A sitdown restaurant doesn't even take that long to make a meal. They have lost me as a customer because I'm tired of overpaying for wrong items. They say they will remake your item if wrong but that means waiting again and if the order is picked up for you, the person who gets it doesn't know. Once its been dropped off, you're stuck and can't get it fixed because nobody wants to drive back, find a parking spot, walk in amd wait another 25 minutes. Waste of money in times when things are already high priced. Customer service is less then helpful. I had issues with my last 3 orders. Nobody cares anymore if it's wrong or right. They got your money at the end of the day. Customer service sucks.
Parking: Very hard to pick up here in the morning as cabs double park and the street parking is usually full from the hotel.

Horrible work place environment. Got let go due to poor customer service while I was trying to watch and learn how to make drinks. The training program is literally nothing. I got a tour of the hotel and was thrown on till right away with no shadowing of co workers. I was throw onto bar with no training or past experience which wasn’t an issue during the interview. Customer service of some workers were awful and the work environment was horrible and I don’t recommend wasting your time. Employees pretend to give good customer service while the manager is around but gets all short and mean when manager is out. I don’t recommend wasting your time apply to this location as the staff environment is not ideal or welcoming to new employees it’s very clicky and hardly any training is given to new employees

Very cute small Starbucks! Located inside the Ramada. Even though it is small, this Starbucks still offers everything we could ask for. The Barista here was friendly and accommodating; even though he was working alone he fully served each guest before moving on to servicing the next guest. And he made the most delicious hot drinks! Excellent service and atmosphere. I would return.
Parking: No drive thru - parking located on the street across from the hotel
