Absolute worst service received by the guy working at the Ferry location at night. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted & it wasnt; which was ok. The main problem i had is a piece of plastic I found in the lettuce (likely from a sauce, meat or lettuce packet) which I had to spit out. When i called the restaurant to see what can be done as I got rid of the sandwich, the guy working extremely rudely said bring back the sandwich or nothing will be done as they dont “trust pictures”. I live 30min out of town & its not possible to bring it back. No apology nothing, the absolute worst service in town.

This is my favorite subway in town. Their working area is always clean, the veggies are always nicely displayed, organized, clean, fresh. Way better than some of the other subways I've been to in town! Great work guys!

The service was horrible. The lids to the cups did not fit and staff argued with me that the lids were the right ones even tho I showed them that the lid did not stay on. I ordered a salad to go and when I was telling them what ingredients I would like I had to keep asking for them to put more in. They were only putting about 3 of everything in. 3 tomatoes. 3 cucumbers. 3 green peppers.Felt like you had to beg them to give you a decent portion. Lettuc was not fresh. When we went to eat our salads we had been given spoons instead of forks and knives to eat our Salads. No napkins. Will not be going back to this location. Due better.

Rupinder was a great and made our order ready very quickly.
Really clean, bread was actually fresh for once at a subway, staff very friendly and on top of things. Not every subway is good, this one was really good.

I just went there today with my brother around 7:30 pm. And there was a lady her name was mandeep kaur, she was very rude, and unprofessional. She treated us with no respect. Worst customer service ever. You guys should fire that lady because her customer service is so worst. If your staff treats the customer like this, i will never ever go there. Infact at the end we ask her for the tray because we were dining-in. And she said that they have no trays. I’m sorry but this was very rude. The owner should do something about this.
