Unprofessional Service and Incorrect Charge at subway (Pine centre)
During my visit, I inquired about using a Subway gift card as a form of payment. The initial employee I spoke with confirmed that gift cards were accepted. However, after attempting to use the card, it was declined. Another employee, named Sukh, then stated that the location did not accept gift cards.
Upon paying with another card, the payment terminal did not prompt me to add a tip. After the transaction, I requested a receipt and noticed that a tip had been added without my consent. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, I was told it was a mistake but that a refund was not possible. Instead, they offered to give me the amount of the tip from their own funds, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
Furthermore, Sukh was rude and made me feel as though I was causing a significant inconvenience. Her behavior was unacceptable, and her comments about the line being long due to my issue were unwarranted.
I expect a higher standard of customer service from your establishments and hope that you will address this issue with the employees involved. Insist of passing these comments she should learn how to solve a problem. And the way she was rude it show she is paying for my food.š”

I went to subway at pine mall today for lunch with my friend they and i ordered a rice bowl with teriyaki but when i was about to eat something was smelling like stale rice or teriyaki was not fresh. I told then that something is bad in the bowl and there was lady she started eating rice to show me that nothing wrong rather than listen me. Immediate after having little pieces my stomach starts paining and still having watery poop. Just want to let you know that i did not need your free food or refund or anything free but you should listen your customer instead of ignoring them.

I was surprised how fresh and tasty this sub is, and Iāve gotten probably 400 turkey on Italian herb and cheeseās. Thatās what led me to investigate if the reviews were going to be as horrible as I thought they might be, but I am actually very happy with the food! Itās a mall food court subway so the atmosphere is exactly what youād expect and the service I found good!

I went here to get doordash order. There was not any customer in the store. I wait here for almost 20 minutes to get my order. The staff was just talking to each other and ignored me. They were not making my order. When I asked them about my order 5-6 times and they were just ignoring me. I connected with doordash about it and doordash called them and on that time they said that our store is very busy and our store is under inspection. They were lying infront of me and after the call staff said we will take 25-30 minutes more to make food. Staff doesn't have customer handling skills. So rude behaviour of staff. They even not apologize for it. I don't want to get order from this store as well I will never come here to have food and will not recommend someone to visit here.

Decent food where we have options to eat healthy if we want but not the greatest as it's not worth repeating! A bit overpriced! Some staffs are nice and couple of them don't even like someone approaching to order...

I went subway (massey drive one) just few minutes ago. The girl who was working at front her name is muskan i think she doesnāt like to work there because she gave us very weird expressions while when i was doing modifications on my salad. She was so rude with us .No customer service ā¦ā¦

Service here is terrible. Came in tonight for supper after some shopping and when I simply pondered what kind of cheese I wanted and the girl rolled her eyes at me and gave her coworker an annoyed look. Did the same thing when I changed my mind on the type of bread cause I said it wrong on accident. My sub was also made wrong and when I went to get it corrected I was told with the same attitude, āsorry, but no.ā What happened to the customer is always right? I get youāre tired from a long shift but Iāve been in retail for over 5 years and never, ever have I experienced service this poor. I love subway and I absolutely hate complaining about these things, and this is my first bad review of a place, but this location will no longer be getting my service. Not after the attitude I received tonight.

Today's visit to this location was my worst yet. Out of my choice of bread. Tomatos and lettuce looked revolting. The fact that your staff can look at that and still serve it tells me there is ZERO quality standards. Male on staff needs training. He doesn't even know how to make a sandwich. Feel like I got ripped off today. $13 for a sandwich that wasn't even what I wanted to order. Won't visit again.

There was barely any lettuce left, what was there was brown and slimy looking. I asked for it to be replaced with fresh lettuce, and the employee dumped the fresh lettuce right on top of the old rotten stuff. Absolutely no standards for health and safety or food quality. I just walked away and chose somewhere else to eat.

Every time I've been here, I've gotten the cold shoulder, as if I'm too much of an inconvenience to be there. The employee helping me didn't say a word to me, got visibly annoyed when I asked her certain things, like asking for bacon, asking for my bread to be toasted. Idk if it was a series of off days when I happened to be there, but it needs to be addressed.
