Hello, I had made an order through uber and wrote specific instructions to not toast my sandwich which subway did toast so all my veggies were soggy and gross, they forgot my Bepsi and when I went to bite into the supposedly soft macadamia nut cookie it was hard. Not a pleasant experience. Not sure if I should blame uber eats or Subway on Westwood :(

Last time I went here, the girl working didn’t have any customer service skills and she was almost wrapping my sandwich, I said to put crispy onions then she said I know in a rude way, after that I never been there would not recommend to anyone

I went exact 8 mint. before they close to buy the salad and the girl said they r close. Seriously!!! Most of the restaurant takes order till one mint. left. Poor service. Will never go to subway

The key thing to consider is that this location is the cleanest of the Subway options here in Prince George. The level of service and food quality is fairly standard for a Subway experience.
Clean Restaurant, new menu is good. You can still get the old favorites.

Employee seemed a bit rude. Had to repeat my topping picks and then she asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no thanks and she put it in the toaster anyways I repeated not toasted and she took it out and rolled her eyes. Usually like going here, but the service is becoming

Went through thier app. Order 2 footlong sandwiches one in a meal with cookies and a pop and a extra pop DIDNT get my second drink!! Tries to resolve this with a credit or refund with this drink for about 2 weeks now with no response to this. I hope one day I will get a response from the person I emailed 3 or 4 time now!!
