I went in store on 15th nov at 9:25pm. I oedered my vege pattie foot long. The girl was so rude, when I asked her to add extra onion, she mentioned "we do not have anymore". I could see there is but she just don't want to add more. The worst subway in town with bed enviromnet. I would never ever go there again.

Arrogant, rude staff who need training in customer service!!!! The guy who attempted to serve me had a real problem with me asking for a meat ball sub. They had none at the front counter and when I asked if they were out of meatballs he stared me down and had real attitude. If the franchise owner bothers to read this you need to do better with training. Will never step foot or support this store.

Went to buy salad from there. Girl was not looking happy to see me and the portion of salad she gave me that was less than expected for $8. It was almost half and i had to tell her that i need crispy onions as well. Poor service.

We ordered 2 footlongs and we wanted to customise them in the store while we asked for customisation right after ordering as we were there because we were finding difficulties in recognising what we want. Then the person named Maria, she behaved very rude and started making faces after the conversation. I am still in shock that the employee/ manager of such company can behave like this. I love Subway but these kind of people will make us hate it!

Subway, 8th Avenue tonight, ordered Green Goddess Bowl, add Tuna, employee put on a teaspoon of mayonnaise tuna and asked if it was enough. My spouse said no, so she added another teaspoon, and charged $4 for about a tablespoon at best of tuna. LAST TIME, I AM GOING THERE! It use to be $2 to add a good sized scoop of tuna, if you are going to double the charge because they SKIMPED on the first scoop, YOU NEED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER FIRST!

Employee super rude to my friend. Being very bossy that “you can’t order this way, You have to order certain way”. He was rushing although there was no other customer other than my friend. We went for take out at 8:45pm today and website says 10pm closing and still he was not listening to our order and kept being bossy. We didn’t eat the food, wasn’t made to our order. I am calling to manager tomorrow morning. This just spoiled our evening and dinner. Do you treat your customers like this? I would never visit this place again.

Worst experience ever at subway spruceland one. today when i went to subway at spruceland, it became the worst subway i ever visited. When i enter the store nobody greeted me. Not even a hello. The person name "JACK" was too rude and foolish i dont know how he is working there. He has no sense how to talk to a customer. Because nobody was helping so i just tap the glass so that they know that i am waiting for them to serve me. Then that guy started staring at me. And he said i will not serve u. All other subways are really good in pg but the workers at spruceland one are so stupid and foolish they dont know how to serve customer. That guy jack should be removed from that job.

This has been our go--to location for years...way back to pregnancy cravings at 5 minutes to close! But the last year has been a huge disappointment since an error on the mobile app charged us for food we did not ever receive. I even called the restaurant to advise them that the order was an error, but I was still charged and told to call "head office," but no one could even give me that number. After more than a year of numerous online feedback submissions and requests for assistance (while providing order info, dates, receipts), the matter has yet to be resolved. I will occasionally get an email from the store owner promising resolution, but still nothing has happened. They've even stopped responding to my online feedback submissions. Subway Listens...and still I have yet to be heard.

We had the meatball sub & it was so good! Meatballs were perfect size for the sub & not greasy but good & thoroughly heated! My husband & I are in PG visiting family, so this was an impromptu stop.Glad we did! The staff was pleasant & professional. Only suggestion is to update the old style seating. It's uncomfortable & as a plus sized gal, a very tight squeeze! Lol.The newer subways have a variety of seating that is certainly an enhanced for costumers to enjoy their artisan meal! Fyi our meatball sub was on multigrain with cheddar, spinache, green pepper, cucumber, smokey honey mustard & mayo. Two thumbs up!
