5 star rating for Maria. I've been here 3 times now and had Maria as the person preparing my sandwich. She does an excellent job in balancing the ingredients - with generous servings of veg, but not so much that the sandwich ends up falling apart or dripping sauce everywhere. The ingredients are crisp and fresh. I now specifically come to this restaurant if i have a sub craving. The store is small with limited seating. There is a small parking lot outside, I can see it becoming full at peak business hours.

My only complaint is this location for some reason doesn't serve soup. Everytime I go they dont have it, I asked if this location still serves soup and they told me no, but they haven't removed it from the menu inside. Really sucks cause there's not a lot of options for soups and sandwiches in town anymore, and I really liked the soup there. Disappointing.

Today i ate footlong subway in 3371 spruceland subway - I saw a warker who's name is Gurman and she managed all of things very nicely . when I gave to her order, her behavior was very nice.

Worst subway in town. Language barrier definitely was an issue. Poor service. Made my sub with empty veggie bins,soggy old sub. Restaurant was a mess. Customers waiting behind me were leaving because they took so long on my order, beverage cooler was empty,needed to be restocked, only white bread and pita bread available, I can name many other issues but ya get the drift

I went there twice in this month. Very bad customer service. There was two employees working at that time. The lady made my order showing me an attitude like she is owner of this place. You guys need work on customer service. Even when i was leaving the place, they guys are talking about me. If i have an option for zero star thn for sure i will gave you that for your customer service.

Worst experience, that Jaspreet girl is the rudest. Most arrogant paid for the food through mobile app and never got my order, checked the location on the order it was right order. She said she will not give me anything. Asked for refund and never got one too. If anyone has it I would like to get the boss’s number to complain.

I would have given 0 if possible, staff is racist and rude. I ordered from there paid through the gift card paid $9 something and staff refused to gave me what I ordered and didn’t gave me the refund either. When I asked for refund they told me I can go away and contact help line she will not help me. Her name is Jaspreet. This is happening with me second time that she treated me so rudely.
I went in store on 15th nov at 9:25pm. I oedered my vege pattie foot long. The girl was so rude, when I asked her to add extra onion, she mentioned "we do not have anymore". I could see there is but she just don't want to add more. The worst subway in town with bed enviromnet. I would never ever go there again.

Arrogant, rude staff who need training in customer service!!!! The guy who attempted to serve me had a real problem with me asking for a meat ball sub. They had none at the front counter and when I asked if they were out of meatballs he stared me down and had real attitude. If the franchise owner bothers to read this you need to do better with training. Will never step foot or support this store.
