I ordered from the app, and twice they gave me the wrong drink. I didn’t say anything the first time (people make mistakes), but the second time i contacted and asked for a refund for the drinks. (Just the drinks). They got back to me right away and said a gift card was waiting for me at the store. I went to pick it up and was surprised by the amount ($20!!). Plus they also gave me a free drink!!! That more than made up for the errors and I will definitely keep going back.

Waited 20 minutes for a crowd of teenagers to place their order. No problem. Then the worker proceeded to make 3 sandwiches for a delivery before he even acknowledged me. Then they put the wrong sauces on my sandwiches. Won’t be back.

Always clean, but it's always a long wait which is why I don't go often anymore. Usuallu having to wait and stand for 15-25mins. They do seem to get lots of Pick up orders. But the staff is friendly. Maybe they should just have one more person on line to make it faster.

Lettuce looked old brown on edges..definately not todays shredded..had no diet pop to select on machine..and their cookies were all old stale and the white choc macadamia were horrible all fell apart easily due to being old and crumbly and now they use small white chips instead of chunks of white chocolate. Not impressed I kinda want my money back for those...quality of food ingredients needs to improve.

I had a sub here today and was disappointed, the bun was stale. For me it all about the freshness of the bun. Its what makes the sandwich. These people seem to put very little value in this and I suppose if your in a hurry or simply not to fussy about what you eat it keeps them in business. I will make sure the next time i have a sub as any subway these days you almost need to ask to feel the freshness of the bun instead of rely on people who don't care what they feed you' opposed to trying too save a product to make a buck Here's an idea BAKE LESS BUNS AT A TIME STOP BEING LAZY ON THE JOB

about a year and half ago stopped and ordered 12 inch cold cut on white to go. when i opened to eat it about 20 miles away the bread was very very hard and crumbly. it was breaking up all over my lap. I have dentures and i could not eat it. i picked out the center and tossed the rest. Today i stopped because my sister wanted me to so i asked if bread fresh and i ordered her a bmt and myself a cold cut. I said i would like the cold cut for free due to the last one i had. I said if you dont want to honor that i would pay for it. immediatly i was called a lier that i would never get a hard sandwich from them. they gave me 25% discount but have no idea how much they have now lost.

I went to this location on April 6th around 5 o’clock and i wanted to write this review due to poor service from one of your workers. When my sandwich was started the man making it was very nice and had no complaints about, but the lady who had put my vegetables on was quite rude. I asked for cucumbers and pickles and she very rudely said "i already put pickles", i had to repeat what i wanted and she gave me a snarky look while putting the pickles on, i didn’t mean to insult this lady, i just wanted cucumbers and pickles on my sandwich. Then i asked for mayonnaise and ranch, then she only put the mayonnaise on and didn't put the ranch. Then she quickly cut and closed my sandwich before i could say any thing. She just looked very mad. Wouldn't want to be served by her again.
