I ordered from the app, and twice they gave me the wrong drink. I didn’t say anything the first time (people make mistakes), but the second time i contacted and asked for a refund for the drinks. (Just the drinks). They got back to me right away and said a gift card was waiting for me at the store. I went to pick it up and was surprised by the amount ($20!!). Plus they also gave me a free drink!!! That more than made up for the errors and I will definitely keep going back.
Always clean, but it's always a long wait which is why I don't go often anymore. Usuallu having to wait and stand for 15-25mins. They do seem to get lots of Pick up orders. But the staff is friendly. Maybe they should just have one more person on line to make it faster.
I went to this location on April 6th around 5 o’clock and i wanted to write this review due to poor service from one of your workers. When my sandwich was started the man making it was very nice and had no complaints about, but the lady who had put my vegetables on was quite rude. I asked for cucumbers and pickles and she very rudely said "i already put pickles", i had to repeat what i wanted and she gave me a snarky look while putting the pickles on, i didn’t mean...
