“♥ We dined at the restaurant Saturday evening January 18th 2025. This is without a doubt the BEST Japanese food that we have had anywhere including four trips to Japan and some of the best Japanese restuarants in Vancouver. Fresh ingredients perfectly prepared. “The fish to rice ratio was satisfyingly high. The fish itself tasted fresh with a good texture. I didn't like the dynamite roll (way too much cucumber and only plain mayo on top). The tuna and salmon avocado rolls however were top tier, just loaded with fish and avocado!“

“Wasabi Sushi is a great restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, great food, very friendly staff and fast service. The food is always fresh and comes very fast even when they are busy. This is my go to sushi restaurant in PG.“

“I visited Edo Japan at College Heights in Prince George and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of the team members politely recommended a different dish when I was unsure what to get — and honestly, it turned out to be a great choice! You can tell they know their food well and care about giving you a good experience. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Definitely coming back again!“
