I have eaten at quite a few sushi restaurants and this one hits close to the bottom with cheap mall or superstore sushi. Everything was too oily and when we got home the cardboard containers everything was packaged in were disintegrating and falling apart. Small portions for cost, and when I opened the agadashi tofu I couldn’t believe how small and poorly done they were.

I visited Sushi 97 for the first time two days ago and was blown away by how delicious it was—I had to come back again today and order the exact same thing! The Canuck Roll is absolutely incredible 🍣. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches that come with each order: soy sauce, chopsticks, wasabi, kale, and ginger 🥢✨. The young lady at the front was exceptionally friendly and efficient . I can confidently say I’ll be a loyal returning customer! 💯❤️

I live in Vancouver and grew up in North Asia eating sushi as usual meal. From cheap sushi box in a japanese grocery store to fancy Omakase dinner in Tokyo or Osaka - I have my fair share of sushi experience & love. Frankly sushi I had here arent the best sushi of my life. But considering the location & price, this is pretty decent! When I am in PG, and want some Asian food, Sushi 97 is one of the few choices for me.

Over the past year or so I have seen the rolls get sloppy. Part of sushi is the presentation and Sushi 97 seems to have forgotten this. I hope that moving forward some care is put back into what they do.

Great sushi. Humongous sushi rolls. I ordered the special rainbow roll and was surprised at how large it was. The miso soup was delicious. Overall, a great place to grab sushi while in Prince Geerge!
