Cute, trendy and comfortable local business with amazing raspberry white chocolate scones. The Chai latte was really delicious too. We sat upstairs on the mezzanine in comfy chairs near a fireplace and the kids enjoyed watching the baristas make the coffees below.

Heard good things about this place from coworkers. Their high praises were well met. A lovely, cozy atmosphere with smiling workers and good food and drinks. I also cannot emphasize enough that there should be support for THIS coffee shop over the sleazy build of Starbucks across the street. No reason not to grab your coffee here when they even have a drive thru that opens at 6AM. This local business deserves to thrive.

It has been so cool watching the growth of The Open Door. I remember when it was quite literally an open door behind Books and Company. The staff are friendly, the drinks are amazing, the food is delicious, and the space is wonderful and welcoming. My go-tos are the logger wrap (at any time of the day) and a London Fog (hot in the winter, iced in the summer) Katrina has built an amazing café that is such a gem for Prince George!

Today was our first time coming here and it was amazing! The lady taking our order was super helpful in helping us find out what we would like, super patient with us making our decision and the drinks & food were amazing! My son loved his little drink and donut also :) Beautiful and cozy environment also, love that they bring in other local businesses products too!
Feb 2024: cool to see the business in the building now. Cappuccino and lattes were too hot, tasting slightly burnt and the milk froth on the cappuccino was more like foam. The biscot was pretty good.We are throwing out the cappuccino, I'll probably have a few sips of the lattes but I don't think I'll be back.Thanks for being good a year ago.Old review: Hidden gem. Great sandwiches, Cappuccinos, Smoothies, Desserts.
