Terrible service. Not a single smile in this establishment.Ordered a farmers biscuit, made me feel like a jerk for ordering it because they were out of biscuits. I've never seen that happen. Standing by the counter I saw them forget at least 4 people's food.Shouldn't be open if it's so terribly unorganizedWill not be returning to this establishment.

Drive Thru 15 deep - went inside to order - Electronic order boards did not have the items that we wanted ( Retro Donuts) waited in line behind one person - they were served then that employee just left - waited 5 minutes - another employee walked by, looked at the line and kept walking - waited another 5 minutes a third employee walked by - went to the far till and started serving other people that just walked in, ignoring the line we were in. They didn't have any selection of donuts left from the specials - and the place was looking pretty run down and the employee attitudes seemed very poor - We left when the other line was finished and we still weren't served, that employee just left also. 20 minutes waiting - wow I have never seen such poor service inside a restaurant before. And I won't be back to this site.

I found it interesting. The manager was saying there is a staff shortage.Yet it took a good 5 minutes to get served as Noone was at the till to order.The staff seemed to be wondering aimlessly around.Don't know who the manager was, but they definitely did not do their job.Once they got someone to the till, they kept disappearing.There were a number of annoyed customers.

Drive thru is fast. If you go inside to order. You might stand at the counter with no line up for 10 to 20 minutes without any staff acknowledgement. It's like they ignore people at the counter.

Always a reliable place to grab a quick drink from. The workers here are very quick. My wife ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and thought it was alright. The wraps could use some fixing up but other than that, this Tim Hortons is quick, easy and reliable all the time.
