This Tims has gone down hill. It used to be run so well, and the previous staff took pride in their work. Now youre throwing money away every time you go because you have no idea what youre going to get. The staff do not know their own menu. When you try to order they seem annoyed. I just had staff bring my food to my car, and they had no idea what was in the bag, but wanted me to take it. Its kind of like a surprise bag at Ardene's where you get what you get for $10.

Maybe it's the holidays but they are still slow in the Hart. In morning now we go into Tim's in town longer line up but faster service.
Got a cold brew, tasted weird, and having food poisoning symptoms. I don’t think they are cleaning properly. I’ve never seen this restaurant clean.

Feels like they just kinda put whatever they feel like in your coffee instead of what you ask for more than half the time and just so everyone knows Is NOT 24 hour no idea when or why that changes or what there hours now are but last 4 times iv gone there at night theyve been closed i live outta town so cant say when they close but verry dissapointing guessing the only 24 hour timmies is on central now

Good place to have a coffee and donut. Worked there for one day for free never got paid this was probably about a year ago now, so I just left after working a whole shift. Seems like an okay place to eat at and manager was asking if I had anyone close by living here lol I told him. Will return if I’m in the area that is on my way out of town. I believe same managers own the TH at the mall and the two Tim hortons in Quesnel. The old managers in Quesnel retired
