I am very disappointed as I went to Tim’s to get two of the holiday smile cookies, and they gave me two chocolate chip cookies. The other day, I went through the drive-through and ordered two small ice caps and was given two small ice caps, but charged for two mediums. This tim’s just keeps disappointing me.

Food is thrown together like a slop. Kept under heat lamps too long. Customer service is curt. If you order inside, they ignore you and prioritize drive thru.

Honestly this is the worst timmies in prince george the workers are rude and inconsiderate and most times I cant even finish my order before they rush me thought they also get my order wrong numerous times and it seems like they have poor hygiene skill for how much I've been getting sick there I've lived in pg for a while and this is the worst its gotten

My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened. Most times twice a day as we are elderly. We like to support the Hart Highway business. The other day we went and got the wrong order and not the 1st time like many others. I explained at the window that it wasn't what I ordered and the female manager insisted that I had placed that order. I said that they should look at the screen before handing out the order and she got upset about it.If they had more workers that could understand the orders there wouldn't be such frustration with your customers. I asked for on side honey and got sugar???I stopped by today and was told that we were no longer welcome at their location. Wow.I guess because they can't understand the language it's my fault. Oh well I guess I'm still welcome at McDonald's we're the workers are not so one sided and there is not such a language barrier. Its said that when you go to Tim's that there are not many whites workers only one left at this location as the others that were there didn't like the way they were treated or talked down to

Why so they push 15 car orders thru the drive thru before they get 3 orders done that walk in it’s ridiculous that if I do t wanna drive thru with my car I have to wait 3 times as long for the same order drive thru is not the priority and it should never have been

This Tim Hortons is one of the best! The staff are always friendly, polite, and fast with service. My coffee is always made perfectly and the food is fresh every time. The store is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely my go-to spot!

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly and it’s honestly one of the best ones I’ve visited. The staff is always polite and welcoming, even during busy hours. My coffee is made just the way I like it every time, and the food is always fresh and warm.

Ordered a large 1/4 French vanilla coffee, scrambled egg an sausage, everything bagel with cream cheese and a ten pack of honey dipped timbits. They brought up what I thought was the timbits; but when I got home they were just assorted and not what I asked for. Then they brought up four coffees and since I was the only one in there I asked is this someone else's order and they said it was mine. So I told them I only ordered one large 1/4 French vanilla and then they brought up another four coffees hahaha. And I said I only ordered one and got a refund back for the other three. Also after I got home I found out they didn't just put regular cream cheese in the bagle, but herb and garlic. Also they just gave me a straight French vanila in the end hahahaha. This place needs to be shutdown.
