Second time ordering food and it tasted stale the first time was the bun with a large chili now its plain croissant. There is no reason why a chain restaurant should have this occurring as I'm sure they have protocols

I was at Tim Horton's this morning and they didn't even seem to wanna be there.The food was cold.The staff was colder.I ordered a coffee and my sandwich. I received my sandwich then i had to remind them for my coffee.
They Service was really nice, but the fact that it was in a gas station had a little room is why I gave a four star otherwise it was really nice.

Coming to this location fir 2 years , never had problems until last 2-3 weeks ,,, I always order DR with Espresso shot ,,, but it’s been 3 times in a row they didn’t serve me right ,, either no espresso, or wrong blend ,,,, sometime tgat employee pretend to add espresso or they brew it once and then keep adding to whatever quantity to whatever size coffee ,,, as you might get more espresso in SMALL than a L coffee ,,, very bad … I am a truck driver , sometimes I don’t take a sip until o am on road ,,, so not possible to go back ,,,, this place is going bad on service also the girl on till never smile but her face us like saying to you ,,, why the FK are you here ,,,

Evening is quiet and probably the best, or when no one is around. No worries there. It's when there is a line of 3-5 people at the Tim's is when it gets ridiculous, watching people order something, assume that order is the correct item ordered in record breaking 15 seconds, and grab the first three people's item before then! Pay a little more attention maybe, and check your item purchased. Don't get mad at the staff when your order is wrong, maybe you grabbed the 3 people before you?
The Esso is attached to the same building and that's another story/rewiew.
