Second time ordering food and it tasted stale the first time was the bun with a large chili now its plain croissant. There is no reason why a chain restaurant should have this occurring as I'm sure they have protocols

The guy when he took my order was nice but two people there were unenthusiastic and rude
I was at Tim Horton's this morning and they didn't even seem to wanna be there.The food was cold.The staff was colder.I ordered a coffee and my sandwich. I received my sandwich then i had to remind them for my coffee.
