Customer service is the worst. I waited outside and knocked on the door since I was hungry and didn't realize that the order was just from the drive-through. They disregarded me and treated me like a homeless person.

I really needed a French Vanilla so I popped in to get one Staff was very polite
I work here but still, my moms went through the drive-thru and got drinks for all of us, and by god they were so delicious, everyone took their first sip and we all looked at each other like… ‘now THIS… is a good drink.’ A special thanks to Zach and Lu, and Kamal, they’re so great at their jobs and making such delicious, mouthwatering, drinks🫶🏽

Come for the coffee and occasionally a muffin, tim bit, or sandwich. I like the coffee but it is getting pricier than its competitors. The food is not too shabby for a fast food doughnut shop chain. One thing I do really like here is the pumpkin spice muffin. The ham & cheese sandwich is not bad. At one time, the soups here were very good, but I am disappointed in most of them now and rarely get them.
